I met Ryan Gosling in a dive bar in Downtown Los Angeles in 2008. We were both at the Bar waiting to get our drinks because the place was packed. We talked for about ten minutes and he was just very nice and very humble. He was so different in person than on the Screen. He came in with a group of friends and just sat in a back room of the Bar. I have met many Celebrities and Ryan was definitely the nicest guy I have ever met. I love seeing such a great guy and great Actor becoming so famous and successful. Ryan deserves everything that he has. He's a sweetheart 💕 ❤️

Amen. My difficult child was obsessed with filming everything; he was hired at 18 by our local CBS affiliate as a cameraman. He still works there 6 years later, now as a production assistant and sometimes director too.

I was surprised to learn how little he is paid (by Hollyweird standards). Considering he is so extraordinarily talented and versatile & actors who do not come up to his standards are paid obscene amounts of money. He deserves more.

He definitely deserves an Oscar. He’s been passed over too many times. Actors that are too popular or too good looking often have a hard time getting the recognition they deserve because of jealousy which is ridiculous.

The first Ryan G movie I ever saw was “Lars and the Real Girl”. I loved it. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend it. Very different, one of his first, and just so sweet.

In another 25 years, Hollywood won’t be around anymore Netflix, Hulu Peacock prime, you name it it’s companies now not Hollywood. People aren’t gonna be paid the same anymore and I think that’s a good thing. Bring these people down to earth a little bit because now anybody can be in a movie, and there are many Different companies with big screens that will be happy to show your stuff

That’s such a limited short term view that shows you don’t understand how it all works. Hollywood will always be around because it has created legends and gods and goddesses who will never die and their images will proliferate forever guaranteeing immortality. Marilyn Monroe died 50 years ago yet and her image and name is on trillions of items. And today’s lesser celebrities like Kim pay to own their historic belongings. Legends never die.

I am literally him. I was very rebellious, interruptive, and hated school so much. Even remember bringing a dead bird (or could've been a wounded bird) to 1st grade. The teacher freaked out and reprimanded me in front of class. Had no friends whatsoever and was bullied and never accepted by kids in and out of school.
