This guy is my favourite clawhammer banjo player, banjo player and one of my very favourite musicians. This guy is phenomenal. Awesome playing.

Fantastic performance. The "modern" NW Irish tune is actually quite old. "Mill na Maidi" which translates as Crushing Twigs is a popular old reel from County Donegal.

never heard a banjo played that quiet and tentative. seems odd to me. muddled even.
