Here is an "inside tip" ABOUT Cross. Hard work, smarts, strength, speed--all those matter. BUT, to be a Gold Medal winner, you need the incredible raw talent that Cross has. Two men work their ass off, for ten straight years. One is Joe Blow, the other is Kendal Cross and you know the difference. In my mind anyway, more natural talent ever stopped onto a wrestling mat, bar none.
