Also, I love the message at the end about how you can empower your students to be very useful for even the best of the best for their comp training. I noticed it with this brown belt that she has such a strong mentality because she knows while this might be a “training session” for you; it can mean a lotttt more to her! Even when you put her in some brutal positions, she never gave up and fought it out till the end almost as if she were competing for high stakes. I respect that a lot and it’s more realistic to how you’re going to be dealing with your opponents on tourney day
