Always interesting to see how others break down basics. One thing my sensei always cautioned about with haya-suburi was to not do it like your body is a bell. Meaning your upper body needs to move forward and back, not only your legs. When you watch many people you see this in action, as if their head is attached to something at the top while everything below pivots from there.
Imafuji Sensei, I have had trouble with carpal tunnel syndrome for some time now. I was curious if the have any suggestions besides stretching the wrist, hands, and surgery?
Thank you for your comment, ..!😀 Someone already asked me the same question and here is my answer, www.kendo-guide.com/carpal-tunnel-syndrome.html. A long answer short, firstly focus on healing it. If that is your chronic injury, you need to have a doctor to tell you good advice. And also I suggest you should see a chiropractor because they can constantly correct your bad habits, if you get a good one. hope this helps!
Thank you for "Super Thanks", @adriensutkowski8994! I appreciate your support!! You are so right about the goal. Without the right goal, the purpose of training will be lost.
