I think Kendrick opts for calm cause he himself isnt going in on Drake yet. It seriously feels like Kendrick has been waiting for this moment for the past 10 years, and everything that he has been taking note of documenting over the years was just providing evidence for his killer disses. The scariest part is that he has even more in the tank that could double down on drake's questionable history with minors, his abscence as a father, paying more money to stay silent about his harassing tactics, etc. this is going down as a character breakdown of Drake and everything he stands for.

All he does is watch interviews to see if someone is going to say something to contradict themselves, listen to the music or he pays money in the street to find dirt.
