Since Kendrick removed copy rights here’s the TL for you guys. You could go as far back as Kendrick’s the heart part 4 to really get full context but… 1. First person shooter - Drake x jcole 2. Like that - Future x Kendrick 3. 7 min drill - jcole 4. Push-ups - Drake 5. Taylor made - Drake 6. Euphoria - kendrick 7. 6:16 in LA - Kendrick 8. Family matters - Drake 9. Meet the grahams - Kendrick 10. Not like us - Kendrick 11. The heart part 6- drake Drake woke up the boogie man here. King Kendrick
@@weslyn1021lol it goes back almost as far as control. But that’s not the first shot. Control wasn’t a shot at all. But it did get Drake in his feeling and started the subliminals back and forth for years. The only reason i counted the heart part 4 here is because its just enough to show “don’t tell a lie on me and i won’t tell truth about you” to show it’s goes back further. It also shows why Drake made heart part 6. I wasn’t going to include every single sublim track on the list 😂
When kdot said he's what the cultures feeling he really meant that shit. Hip hop still lives due to his dedication to the art not just the money and fame.
White, 42, and 19 years Military, life long Em stan, I really appreciate the cultural passionate lyrical style K-dot is and should be revered. I took DAMN with me when it dropped to Afghanistan and vibed for months on it.
Joel Hale O'steen is a combination of Haley Joel Osmond the actor and Joel O'Steen (who has been accused of having ghost writers) because Kendrick is confused who he's battling.
By the way, the "Benjamin and a Jackson all in my house like Joe okay" does mean what you said, but more specifically is referencing Joe Jackson. Drake refers to himself as the new MJ frequently, and in a previous diss Kendrick said "even prince outlived mike jack." A Benjamin is Michael Jackson's pet rat, a Jackson is Michael Jackson, Joe is Joe Jackson- who beat Michael. So, Kendrick is saying he is about to abuse Drake essentially, and subtly implying he has a rat on Drake's team, which is explored more on later tracks
Benjamin ofc money as is Franklin Jackson in 20 bills. Benjamin Jackson is also a decoraded black civil-war guy but it might be a reach. Yes still it is more so Joe Jackson being cruel to his kids of Jackson 5 (Mike) and beating them. KDot taking that belt to Drake.
@fun… The Benjamin and Jackson reference is for J Cole and Drake… Cole calls himself Benjamin Button and Drake calls himself the new Michael Jackson… then as you said Jo beat the shht outta Mike and killed Benjamin (Cole bowed out of the beef and apologized). It could be a double also in response to Drake touting his $$ over Kendrick’s in his diss… Benjamin’s and Jackson’s are 100’s & 50’s “all in my house…” which came right after mentioning he’s been reaping what he’s sowing. Not sure tho because later he also says “Let's speak on percentage, show me your splits I'll make sure I double back with you You was signed to a nigga that's signed to a nigga that said he was signed to that nigga” which is a clear response to Drakes $$ touting, so I don’t know.
@@carbon.the.christ5626There is tho? Theres a vid of him kissing a 17 year old at a concert and well he does hyper sexualizes women through a lot of his songs
It was an AI pac and Drake also purchased pacs ring for a million or something and Kendrick said he’s ready to double what he paid. Basically insinuating pac wouldn’t want Drake to have it
the like that record part was about the first song Kendrick dropped as a feature on a metro song. Drake like emailed a radio company saying not to air the "like that" record. So K-dot was like "oh you aint like that record"
Crazy thing kendrick exposing drake as a pdfile is in euphoria he tood drake we can keep it clean but if you mention my family then ill bring you to light. People dont realize he called out drake and the industry.
the self roasting was hella funny 😂 can't wait to see ur reactions to the other tracks. im not rlly into beef like that, but this is rlly one for the books
When he says he hates Drake, he got that part from DMX, (My favorite rapper of all time), when he was on the Breakfast club and was asked about Drake. It was so funny 🤣
When he said got a Benjamin and a Jackson in my house like I'm joe ok. Meaning kendrick is joe Jackson drake's Michael jackson and someone in ovo drake's camp leaked info and Michael jackson had a pet rat named Ben
One thing I don’t understand about most reactions I’ve seen about the verse of “somebody had told me that you got a ring on god I’m ready to double the wage I’d rather do that then let a Canadian ***** make pac turn in his grave” where the hell did he mention the A.I song in that specific verse😂 he literally said ring talking about Drake owning Tupac’s ring. Like I know he brings an A.I verse later but why does everyone say oh yeah cause Drake made a song using ai of Tupac like yes I get that but that’s not what he said, he just said I’d rather double for the Tupac ring then let Drake make him turn in his grave like?? Cmon yall 😂 no hate to you guys or anyone at all I’m just speaking about this as I’ve noticed it after yall brought it up after the verse
I think whats missing a lot from the audience is that rappers should say what they mean. If youre not willing to trust what these people say then they are just noise. Drake cant hide his actual upbringing. His obvious ties to Jewish culture. The clammering to Atlanta based rappers to leech off their success. Although im sure theyre not dumb and are seeing what they can finesse from him too. But yeah Kendrick is more trusted but thats not to say hes a perfect role model because no one is obviously perfect.
Drake referred to himself as Michael Jackson and he also has a rat (Ben a.k.a Benjamin) Mike had pet rat as a child, drake has a friend who is a rat giving up information) Kendrick says he is Joe Jackson who is known for beating Michael and being abusive to michael and Joe also killed Michaels pet rat
Soooo... That hating Drake saying the "N word" line had you in hysterics, huh? ;) Interesting Also, Pulitzer Prize Winning King Kendrick punched Drake & Cole first. ;) Ciao....
