Nah, I think the problem is that people reach, and then use those self inscribed ideas to further elevate the artiste in their head, and then look at you crazy when you don't see what they see. What I've come to realize about high level art, is that it is sometimes understood by only a select few. To say that Kendrick's 1st verse of 6: 16 in LA (written from Drake's perspective) probably went over Drake's head, masking as if you're questioning Drake's intelligence, is kinda low key taking a shot at Kendrick's intelligence if you ask me. Because in any other instance you would accept Drake's veiled shots at Kendrick throughout the years, and would accept Kendrick knowing what they mean.
