Our kenya police, investigation dept & forensic team are just useless😑..How can Mr.kinoti order body to be returned to crime scene after it has been taken already to city mortuary??That itself is altering with crime scene..The police officers who collected the body should have known the protocal and take photos of deceased..I don't see essence of returning the body..
