In 2002, my wife and I stayed for a couple of weeks at Roche Harbor on San Juan Island. I saw some info in the office about sea plane flights from Roche Harbor to Lake Washington. We scheduled a flight and a the plane arrived, pulled up to the dock and we boarded. Spent the day in Seattle and flew back later that afternoon. One of the most enjoyable trips I have ever made. Unlike in commercial jets, you see everything. The pilot, a young lady, was excellent, and my wife who had never flown in a small plane before thoroughly enjoyed it. I have photos that I took from the air that I will always cherish. This video brought back a lot of found memories.
