As a long time OpTic fan, I think Kenny is absolutely needed. We finally have someone who wants to not only keep himself but everyone else accountable. He doesn’t just want the status, he wants to win. OpTic and the fan base need this dude.

@@jediraydenI agree. Look at it this way too, Dan goes to another team and is still the best player. I think Shotzzy, Pred, & Dashy all like the status and crowd reactions a little more than the winning. Not that they don’t have a mindset to win, but just that maybe their priorities are misplaced. Making the right plays as opposed to the flashy plays is what sets the best teams a part. I’d look at Faze. Those guys know they’re insane, and they know that right now nobody is playing as smart as they are. As much as I love to see someone getting absolutely slammed in a crazy gunfight win, the facts are the facts. Sometimes playing your life and regrouping is the better strategy. Together gets win, individuals tend to lose. 4v1

Nah, you want both of them as igls. Like, Ghosty/Ken + a AR slayer is needed on a championship winning team and Ken is washed on the sub. Ken should just go to Faze and Optic should get Ghosty back and tell him to keep his head down outside of game (and watching vod) I like Pred but he needs a Kismet for his new playstyle and Gwinn on another team would be bad. Shotzzy may be godlike in BO6 but if he is still inconsistent throughout a season after playing behind an actual entry sub he needs to go.

Do you know the difference between an excuse and a reason? Not everything is an excuse. People overuse that word so much. Them all letting off the gas, not taking practice as serious and not having good practice can and will spill over into the game. You hear coaches talk about having good practice all the time. It's a mindset thing. Or do you think all 4 just all the sudden suck now? You do know there is always 1 or more reasons why a team loses. An excuse is 'we didn't care about this match' or 'we let them have it.' It's not an excuse when you say 'we didn't practice hard and put everything into it so other teams took advantage of it.' He's litterally telling you they aren't playing good cod and giving the reason they aren't.

Always felt like Kenny and Pred don't really get along. Almost as if Pred trolls during scrims, and even matches, and we can even see it when they play. I think that if they listen to each other and play together like they did Major 3 and even before that, because they weren't terrible, then they have a shot. But they gotta turn it around fast because other teams are going just as hard. If they don't make top 2, maybe 3, we might end up seeing a roster change.

Honestly I've been falling out of love with OpTic. It started with the Illey/Dashy roster drama last year. There's something wrong with the decision making behind the scenes, imo... They dropped Dan, and fortunately got one of the only upgrades for him in Kenny, but if they drop Kenny, I'm ooouuuuut.

Completely agree that getting rid of Kenny after this season (even if he plays bad at the world championship) would be a huge mistake for Optic. He's clearly one of the smartest minds in the league, and a tested winner. If he isn't playing well it's because he's doing too much worrying about his teammates misplays. The only way a duo like a pred or shotzzy will work is they are both alpha slayers on the map trying to do it all this works with simp and Abe they got over that first year hump of finding your role on the team pred is not bad he just knows he’s in a lose lose situation his ego tells him to play one way and his brain another he listens to one and should have done the other no trust or intuition on the team yet like a faze or NY where they can just instantly fall into place depending on the map

I get this is not ideal but I honestly think teams need to start signing players for 2 plus years with a substitute included and i get things don't work out, I still feel teams have better results with players who have played together and have chemistry already. if the ravens resign the same team for next year they would be a top 4 team with out a doubt if not they make champs. these roster changers especially for players are extremely crucial I get some teams get better results with changes but let's be real unless your Boston blow it up but if your in the top 8 I think your results will be better of I think roster Mania mid season is a joke. #greenwall 🎉🎉🎉😂

From what I observed is that at Major 4 Kenny + Pred were below average. Whenever Kenny gets checked the way he does the team generally doesn't perform and I understand it's because the team is not performing to their standard, but why kick everyone they down? and Pred as a sub is playing wayyyy too slow compared to all the other subs in the league. Watching his POV is so boring to watch. My opinion is irrelevant either way, but I'm simply making an observation.
