Ok then let’s see, we have: Tumbleweed Kenobi, Slithering Kenobi, Cactus Kenobi, Back-hugger Kenobi, Big nosed Kenobi, Airborne Kenobi, and finally, leg snatcher Kenobi. Quite a diverse ecosystem on Tatooine I must say.
This could be an actual cutscene from a LEGO game (except the part with the squidward and SpongeBob figures but that was arguably the highlight) you nailed the sense of humor.
I mean they could still do it with the SpongeBob and squidward. It would be a funny reference to their past LEGO sets. They’ve made Indians Jones references before, which I understand is because it was made by Lucasfilm too, but there’s plenty of other references too to outside media.
I don't know why The Algorithm has blessed me with this discovery, but I am glad and hope it goes viral. Stuff inspired by Sam Witwer's passion always should.
There are a total of 8 Kenobis in this video 1. 0:05 Kenobi tumble weed 2. 0:08 Kenobi snek 3. 0:15 Kenobi cacti 4. 0:19 Kenobi close 5. 0:27 Kenobi squid 6. 0:27 Kenobi deceased bush 7. 0:37 Kenobi 8. 0:50 Kenobi credits/dancer And Darth maul says Kenobi's name a total of 4 times 1. 0:27 1st Kenobi said 2. 0:31 1st Kenobi yelled out 3. 0:40 2nd Kenobi said 4. 0:45 2nd Kenobi yelled out
Loving your Blender animations! Also glad to see you've added an outro, I think it's important people realize you made these amazing things all by yourself, and they're not from a game or something.
Maul has actually gone insane. He sees Kenobi everywhere. (Btw, How did HE got Maul's legs without him noticing) *flashbacks to phantom menace of Kenobi cutting Maul's lower body*
Ok I loved this and I don't usually post about liking Animations but I have to for this because it just honestly doesn't hold back on the fact that Maul went insane and the whole Kenobi thing with him as a Cactus just... love it
Obi-Wan: Hey Maul, are your legs running? Maul: What?! What is that supposed to mean?! Obi-Wan: *Points at Maul's legs running away* Welp, you better go them 😂 Maul: *KENOOOOOOBIII!*
This was actually better than the Rebels version! XD I laughed so hard! Good job. Make more vieos like this and I'm sure you'll get that coveted silver playbutton.
Your dedication to making these videos is reflected upon the quality of the videos themselves and I am telling you it is Amazing , extraordinary , incredible And I'll be damned should I withhold this, for I absolutely love it!
There has been plenty of different styles of animating LEGO, but this reminds me most of Ledo Island. Most games and shorts have pieces remain connected and bend, and the lego movie is most like stop motion, this one uses the advantages of CGI, but the limitations of the bricks themselves without trying to emulate stop motion too much. I love it.
