(I agree, if only they found boba, jango's "unaltered" clone son) The reason why the empire used conscripted soldiers rather then clones was for two main reasons, 1. The cost of cloning had put the republic in massive debt due to how expensive just one single clone is, 2. The gen 1s like rex and cody was more like django then the clones that we saw in bad batch, the jango DNA was nearly depleted.

That, and the fact that the empire probably spent more on storm troopers anyways makes it even more accurate

@@The-Ent1ty they replaced clones because of a clone rebellion. Clones leaded by boba fett staged a rebellion against the empire and almost won but had to be put down brutally. In the end the empire decided clones were not the best alternative and switched back to stormtroopers

A true leader who will fight alongside and die for his men inspires that loyalty all his men knew they were going to die yet they went down fighting to the bitter end

That's why I prefer the chip version than the legend's one, even if the latter raises some really interresting questions about brainwashing and ethics in our own world

@@blebler3009 Well I mean legends isn't impossible tbf. After all they did have the clones under the Kaminoans eyes from birth to death, and were likely very malleable as they were training and growing since clones were basically engineered to serve. Just leaves a larger margin for error on the clones part when Order 66 would be given since their experiences could out weigh their indoctrination. I always liked how clones like Cody who would follow Order 66 would essentially be choosing to kill their past, (The Jedi), despite the fact that choice's answer would be preemptively drilled into their brains from birth. Making it seem up to the clones boi themselves even though it really was chosen for them. The illusion of control ig you could say. Captain Tex fighting the chip to let Ahsoka know of the chips tho was chad ngl. As expected of the best XD.

@@erodoeht4666 yeah you're right, White Armours and Bacara-likes would have killed jedis whithout question even w/ chip And a lot of 'woke' clones too would have followed, since there were also the brainwash/endoctrinement like you say But many commandoes, arc troopers and so would have ended up smelling the bantha's poop under the imperial scarlet sheets (like the Clan Skirata did (I really wish it was'nt retcon, I really want people to know about them t.t) Then come the 501st (obviously the one we see in The Clone Wars, not the old Battlefront version) which was very independant, and had been trough Umbara's events, they had heard Fives' speech about what is being a good soldier and what is being an unbrained sheep, and eventually they had to make the choice of arrest then execute their Jedi officer (what, in the legend, would have been called an Order 66 Imo) They would have probably given some problems to the Empire, likely the 332nd being so close to Asohka would have ended up listening Rex for legal reasons (she's not a jedi) And Aayla Secura's/Bly's troops probably wouldn't have obey, like a few others squads that were deeply attached to theirs generals Then on the opposite side, lots of clones were delusional about the Republic, about the Jedi Order and about their own purpose, lots of clones were as cynical as Alpha17 or Neyo These ones would have killed jedis whithout questions too, but unlike Bacara who believed the jedis were traitors, Neyo had no fkng clue about the reasons, knowing it couldn't be so black and white,and did it because that's how life goes Excuse my english and nice day to you

@@blebler3009 Indeed. Might have even left some interesting echos of the Clone Wars. Like mb even have a Clones loyal to the Republic being purged by the Empire aside from a gradual replacement of the clones we see.

@@himedo1512 not in the conventional sense, but most blasters including those did have canisters that needed to be swapped at intervals depending upon the strength of the shots. High power shots used up more gas and required more frequent reloading.

He is a comando. My boys can kill anything you throw at them as long as they have one arm to punch. Pluse that blaster is also a sniper although he didnt put on that modification

My favorite part of the scene is where they are backed against the edge and the last three soldiers remaining look at Rex, he lays at a formation and they nod and get in position. It’s typical for them to do that because of who they are but they just look so bad ass doing it, especially while Rex slowly walks to his position. He would die protecting a man he hates because his general ordered him to, good soldiers follow orders

I wonder what would have happened to hevy if he survived? He gets the detonator working, blows them up, gets into the 501st. You think that fives would survive too because hevy was helping him?

Ever since I first saw the rishi outpost episode as a kid, it has been my favorite in the series, and Hevy my favorite clone, only followed by the first 2 eps of season 3. I was really happy that Echo and Fives became recurring characters. The fact that it got it's own mission in the LEGO game too was sick.

@@thebarbarianninja4152 no the commander role is given to a jedis padawan. Ahsoka was the commander of the 501st until she left then rex was promoted. Obi wan had no padawan so cody was the commander

your comparing a grunt to a commando. and clones already have good aim look at the scene with the 501st in the last clip. for only 3 normal troopers and captain rex they were shooting down ( ill call them yetis ) yetis as fast as a batalion of droids would

@MixedCompsEditsVids I disagree. Clones have the best aim while storm troopers have good aim. To bad all they're fighting are plot armored retards or rebels who are still relevant to the plot

@MixedCompsEditsVids I'm sorry but I still have to disagree. Storm troopers are specialized units the grunts of the empire are called imperial infantry or something. They're helmets are state of the art the only reason they would fail is if anyone besides the owner wears it. That's why alot or rebels and even Rex said he cant see through it. Strom troopers are good shots especially in that first scene where the storm troopers we're boarding a rebel ship (forgot the name) they only had 2 casualty while the rebel lost even with home field and cover advantage. You could argue that they were the 501st and sure but there is also this one scene were the storm troopers we're ordered to let luke escape. They manage to intentionally miss there shot but making it still believable that they're being shot at. Storm troopers are elite units. It's just the movies literally made them a joke
