My dude really said Kenpachi mid difs Mayuri and Kisuke. Those are some wtf takes if I’ve ever seen considering how Mayuri is like the Batman of this verse. Give that dude some prep time and it’s a wrap 99% of the time. While Kisuke is similar in that department. He just doesn’t make gadgets to counter people but relies on his skill set.
Mayuri himself call Zaraki's division demon division. He doesn't even want to smoke with. Mayuri it's above Toshiro, but not above Zaraki. Same about Urahara. That was blatantly obvious when he fought Pernida and got bullied by our hand boy. Mayuri fights in an unconventional way very similar to Pernida. Hard stop at Urahara. Urahara can one shot Kenpachi either with his anti-Aizen kido (reiatsu-seal bracelets) or he'll just dismember him with his bankai that bypasses durability. He is also faster than Kenny so his attacks will land without a problem. Kenny has no counter.

Like unohana is word for word the most skilled sword user in soul society history, she has nearly unmatched reiatsu she can completely suppress to undetectable, and she can use kido better than aizen can. Unohana is currently called "death blade" in hell. Then you include the fact that kenpachi wears that eyepatch and just recently unlocked his shikai and bankai (long after he became a captain) and it's pretty clear that urahara needs serious prep time to handle a serious zaraki. Even if he cut zaraki's zanpakuto that shouldn't convince you that would stop kenpachi's onslaught from continuing.

Depending on how superior you are to someone in reiatsu in Bleach, their ability won't affect their opponent just like when Soifon's two shot ability was supposed to kill Aizen when she hit him twice, but it didn't. And Aizen even stated himself that it was because of the reiatsu difference. Bankai Zaraki literally sliced Schrift Gerard in half who was directly stated by Byakuya to be superior to base Ywach which makes sense since base Ywach is massively inferior to base Ichibei. Shunsui's bankai doesn't matter because of the reiatsu difference, that's how abilities work in Bleach.

No way she beats adult, full powered, with bankai, Kenpachi. And considering she was the strongest of the original gotei 13, minus Yamamoto, Zaraki would beat all them also, again minus Yamamoto

Ichibei says he can’t believe a Shinigami as strong Kenpachi exists in CFYOW which should also put him above both Ichibei and Yama by that point in the story. Aizen and Ichigo are obviously hybrids so they aren’t included in that.

Ulqiourra in base would be in no diff but assuming he's in Segunda that'd be mid-high diff. Unohana would be mid diff but Unohana doesnt have many feats so its up to interpretation. Byakuya I agree with, Kurotsuchi I agree with, Toshiro I agree with, Urahara would win against ken extreme diff due to his hax. Askin again would win high diff due to his hax. Kyoraku would mid-high diff kenpachi. Jugram would mid diff kenpachi, and yamamoto if he's in bankai it would be low-mid diff. You simply have to look at their performances against their respective Shutzstaffel. Kenpachi one-shot Gerard in his Vollstandig several times, who was confirmed to be the fastest, strongest and most durable Quincy. Shunsui got curb stomped by Lille after he went Vollstandig, and even Shunsui in Bankai almost got killed- before Nanao saved him. Lille was INCREDIBLY tough, yes- but Kenpachi would have beaten him. So, Kenpachi > Shunsui.

Nanao only came at the last moment with a Deus ex machina. Shunsi's performance was the most impressive in the entire tybw arc along with Mayuri. But Mayuri is more technical like Kisuke. Shunsui is just too OP. Kenny and Toshiro both has the potential to surpass him. But, they didn't in the manga.
Mayuri and Urahara might be the toughest battle, not in terms of raw power but if they stepped into a fight with you, they have calculated their risks to take you on.
