As a generational Bama fan/alumni, I have witnessed our side have the saddness of loss. Stay humble my friends, our coach is not forever. I pray he gives us one more championship.
Sabans legacy at Alabama will live on forever.. there are coaches that owe him that may step in after him one day.. they may even already be there i doubt Alabama will ever be bad.. unless its a new coaches first year and I have a feeling Saban may be with us until the day he dies because he loves it
Kind of a shame really. Kentucky is improving as a football team and the coaches and players definitely work hard for it. Recruiting isn't as sweet and obviously basketball riles the school but they've earned respect for their talent and capabilities. Now clearly they're no Alabama or Georgia but they definitely pose a threat to B tier teams.
What’s sad is that a lot of them actually though, “dude, this is the year we can best bama! They’re not nearly as good as they usually are so we can get it done this year!” If Bama isn’t in the cfp then they need to be criticized to no end. You cannot tell me they they wouldn’t destroy Washington, Oregon, etc… I’m sure they will be passed over for some non-sec school because the committee wants to be “fair” and “inclusive” since they’re tired of the SEC owning cfb every year. 🤦♂️🤦♂️👆
Coach Saban is hands down the best college football coach of all time. He has consistently had Alabama in the National Championship conversation. I loved the Bear and he was a great coach, but Saban is coaching in a much more demanding league. All hail King Saban and Queen Terry!! ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!!!
I try to tell all my GA fans that I know...."where were YALL when your home boy worked for St. Nick? Yall wasn't blowing his name up with the internet then?" I tell them all, Kirby was instrumental in Sabans winning staff at BAMA for a decade!!! It's funny, they sure as heck weren't rooting for him when he was on my BAMA coaching staff! I still root for the guy. Who can blame him for going home to his old Alma Mater? He's home. Kirby Smart stuck around and learned from the master, and it shows. SO, bravo Kirby, if we gotta give it up to someone, I'm glad it's him...at least he didn't leave us the way Jimbo left FSU. Dirty exit. @@Youre_Right
It's going to be a slobberknocker for sure! Hopefully we don't hurt each other too bad for the playoff! I can't wait for the playoff to expand to 12! That's gonna be awesome!
i think i’m nervouse about the sec championship because if we lose we can’t “cheat” and still move in to the final 4. good luck to y’all and nothing but respect!!
I lived through Shula. Sometimes, I wake up in a cold sweat having had a nightmare that we were still running to the short side of the field on 3rd and 6, or running straight up the middle, on 1st 2nd and 3rd down, 3rd and 4 btw. Sorry, my therapist says I should share my pain more with people to understand how to beat it. Stay strong Kentucky, it isn't that bad for you yet.
This has been my favorite part of pregame on ESPN for 35 years. The unbridled excitement of fans who are going to lose. Check back 3 hours later & they show the same fans drinking a cup of sorrow.
As an Alabama fan I respect Kentucky the most of any SEC team other than Alabama. I’m always pulling for them to win, except when they play my Crimson Tide of course 😉
We are humble fans but some of these fans who don't often witness victory just rush the field like it was Christmas. Bama fans know both the humiliation in loss and the winning, let's enjoy this because it's on to the next game! Keep these fans before & afters going each week!
@@Hygelac1000Mcnairy, Hardin, Wayne, madison, and bolivar has to be a top 5 most miserable area in the country, the only people happy here have never seen the outside world. central alabama, mississippi, the majority of georgia all have genuinely nice people. all you get here is backhanded compliments and ignorant whispers.
@@Hygelac1000 that said, memphis has always been a highlight for me. phenomenal food, nice people, love the grizzlies games i've been to even though i don't follow the NBA closely. I absolutely LOVE Nashville as well!! franklin has the coziest feeling to it. leipers fork is such a lovely village. the state of tennessee has its upsides but you don't find it anywhere the good parts of the south. roll tide.
Kentucky has only Beat Alabama twice in football and only had one chance for national championship (when Paul Bear Bryant was Kentucky coach). Stoops is not ready for the SEC, to tough for him!
The same schools taking an equal split of SEC money, yet NEVER truly competing. All you need to do is look at a school's football stadium and know whether or not they are worthy of being in the SEC. It's time for a realignment where the big conferences jettison dead weight.
Kentucky knew they wouldn’t beat Alabama when they walked into the stadium!😂 Wait until you see the Bama Fans after they fall to the Dawgs Again! HBTMFD
