A judge in a small eastern Kentucky town was shot and killed in his chambers Thursday, and the local sheriff is under arrest. District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kentucky State Police. Nobody else was injured. This is whacked! I cant imagine what would make a trained officer( The SHERIFF no less) do this!!!!! He had to have known the moment he shot his weapon IT WAS ALL oVER FOR HIM! WOW!
