Kentucky judge killing is a 'tragic situation': Trooper | Banfield

A judge in a small eastern Kentucky town was shot and killed in his chambers Thursday, and the local sheriff is under arrest. District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kentucky State Police. Nobody else was injured. Trooper Matt Gayheart joins "Banfield" to discuss what happened. "We were able to clear the courthouse and make sure there were no additional threats," Gayheart said on "Banfield." "It's a tragic situation. It's not something that we ever want to deal with."

How is he so patient with these stupid questions? Ashley just can't comprehend that Officer Gayheart might have been busy doing his job. He told her that there was an overwhelming response of state and local authorities, extreme chaos, while still doing his job of securing the courthouse and making sure there were no additional threats... Ashley: "what was he wearing? Can't you tell me? Try. You did see him right? Did he look distraught?" He was surrounded by police. Uggh... I need to take patience lessons from Officer Gayheart.
