Catastrophic flash flooding has left western Kentucky underwater after a devastating deluge dumped over 11 inches of rain in just 24 hours. The town of Mayfield shattered the state's record for most rain in a day with 11.28 inches. This follows a string of flash floods across the country, from Vermont to Connecticut and Pennsylvania in just the last week. Footage shows the sheer scale of flooding across western Kentucky, with homes, businesses and roads completely swamped by rising waters. This unprecedented flooding event has destroyed property and infrastructure throughout the region. Emergency services are working tirelessly on rescue and recovery efforts. Though no deaths have been reported, these flash floods underscore the increasing extreme weather patterns impacting communities nationwide.

I remember that day so vividly because it honestly felt like a day in mid May and the fact that our area was forecasted at a level 4 for tornadic development. Thankfully, for us here in extreme southern Illinois, we made it through that day with just some garden variety thunderstorms. Unfortunately just to our south right over the river, western Kentucky would not be so fortunate. Nor would Edwardsville, Illinois some 85 miles north of us. I really appreciate your work on producing this piece . Very comprehensive and very respectful of the facts/details and to all who suffered catastrophic consequences that fateful night.

Wait.... You mean disasters happened back then too??? I thought they just started due to global warming. I'm in shock.. During the record snowfall of Donner Pass in the Sierras this past year I was told we are entering into a mini ice age, even though Jonathan interviewed a guy that said he went through the same thing in 1982. Yet when I watch videos on floods and tornados , I'm told its because global warming. Sometimes I wonder. Could the internet and social media play a part?? I wonder how much the people 50-100 years back heard about worldwide weather events , seeing how there was no internet at all? I mean the fact that everyone is basically a journalist /cameraman surely wouldn't affect how much we hear about globally. If I see a disaster on the other side of the globe, how can I say its worse than the old days? Every storm or event I see , there is someone saying the lord is coming , even though no human being on Earth is privy to that information. I wonder if the people of Pompei thought it was the end of the world???

Climate change. Too many humans on the planet. Earth is a very delicate ecosystem and we have used it as a toilet. We're cutting down the trees we've increased the CO2, storms are more severe. There's no conspiracy theory. The simple fact is we overpopulated the planet and now we need to deal with the repercussions and it's only going to get worse.

Well folks, it’s like this: For every road that is built, every house that is built, every business building that is built, every parking lot that is paved, every forest that is leveled and then farmers practice modern farming practices of tilling and over-fertilizing everything, because most of the nutrients and topsoil washed away, these storms and runoff creating floods, gets worse and worse! Then all you need is an above average storm. The water has to go somewhere. It’s common sense, which is something not many people have these days.

I think they have the potential to fare better than non-EV vehicles since the motor(s) and battery cells are likely to run fully submerged in fresh water. But if there is a safety standard to shutdown the car if flooding is detected, then probably doesn't matter what new car you're in. Even if you can keep going, seems like an expensive trip considering what it will do to the interior and the chance of drowning. Best to just not drive in a flash flood.

Babskaz74 The crop losses are intentional to engineer a FAMINE so we cannot fight back against GENOCIDE. What’s coming starting THIS FALL Visions of Glory FINANCIAL COLLAPSE The financial Structure of the world had completely collapsed every bank had closed down and money was worthless people were learning to trade and barter. Manufacturing and industry were at a virtual standstill. There were no raw materials and no money to pay the workers. Factories and global businesses shut down overnight. All of the utilities were in chaos. People tried to keep the necessities of life running but they were sporadic and mostly off-line. There were blackouts everywhere some of them lasting many months. Almost all water was not fit to drink because of acts of war against this country. People suffered everywhere. My flight across North America began in Salt Lake City. There had been a massive earthquake in that area in the fall of the year. I tried to determine what year it was to no avail. THE NEXT SPRING (2024) I saw that the next spring after the destruction in Utah there was another devastating series of earthquakes that occurred along the west coast of North and South America. The western coast of California, Mexico, and all the way to the tip of South America, was shaking so badly that much of it broke away from the mainland and formed a series of islands off the Coast. Major cities were shaking to the ground with inland areas suffering less damage. The earthquake sent title waves across the world. Europe sent large amounts of relief supplies to America after the earthquakes. TWO MONTHS LATER About two months later, another earthquake opened up a narrow canyon approximately where the Mississippi River is now, though it deviated eastward what is it Mississippi presently merges with the Ohio river. It followed the Ohio into the great lakes. the Ohio river and the remainder of the Mississippi River Rerouted itself into this canyon. It created a huge new lake and river system approximately where the Mississippi river is now. This Canyon essentially created an eastern and western United States. Almost all of California was ruined, with less destruction further away from the coast. I saw that a great landmass had risen up into the gulf. Extended from Mexico to Florida and consisted of a few large islands that replaced the water of the gulf. I did not think to look toward Cuba. In some places the new land met Mexico, Texas, Florida, but there was also a large waterway separating most of the new land from America. (...) This great landmass created a tidal wave that did a great deal of devastation as far north as Chicago. I flew across the upper part of Florida and up the East Coast of the United States. The earthquakes had not reached here as strongly so the infrastructure was more intact. But there had been a biological attack and there was more death in the eastern and north eastern parts of the country then in those areas stricken by the earthquakes. I saw bodies stacked in town squares and cities abandoned because of the stench of death. there were marauding Bands of people plundering and stealing in every major city. they were murdering everyone they found to preserve remaining resources for themselves. FOREIGN TROOPS Arrived to help restore order & bring supplies I Pet Goat II shows war coverage & dollar collapse hand-in-hand. It also shows CIA trained Muslims (Al Quaeda) attacking the USA on or near the Annular Eclipse on October 14, 2023. In response, The USA sends TR3B’s to bomb Al Aqsa mosque on Temple mound. Financial collapse on Friday the 13th October 2023? Then the EARTHQUAKES BEGIN, starting in Salt Lake City Utah, then the West coast of South & North America in Spring 2024 turning California into an island chain , then Fall 2024, New Madrid Fault ruptures with a MASSIVE Earthquake, dividing the USA into an EAST USA & a WEST USA, separated by an inland sea channel along the former Mississippi River. A REAL PANDEMIC 2.0 Starts in Florida and sweeps the nation.. a weaponized virus kills 50-80% of its hosts within 12-24 hours. Touch the puss, get the disease. Stacks of bodies in mass graves, picked up curbside under martial law. It is a Chinese Bioweapon & the soldiers coming to help restore order are vaccinated against the bioweapon, but variants defeat the vaccine. Earthquake damage with no power, transportation crippled, dollar crash, water poisoned & unfit to drink, clean food scarce, Islamic terrorists & roving gangs of marauders killing everyone they see. There will be NO 2024 “Elections”. We will be told to accept the NWO.. the government no longer exists. It only gets worse from there.. Tribulation, persecution, execution It’s time for the New Global Government to emerge.. Order out of Chaos. I Pet Goat II + Near Death experiences + Scripture + events show me a scenario like this WILL HAPPEN.

I live 60 miles north of Mayfield in Southern Illinois and the 25 mile drive north from my little town to work was treacherous. In fact, I've driven that highway during some pretty intense snow over the last 13 years and the commute that morning was as bad a drive as many of the snow storms! My little town was reporting 6.75" from midnight to 7AM. I watch the local news and weather from station WPSD in Paducah, KY. and the station weatherman reported that in the WPSD viewing area, which includes Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, West Kentucky, and Northwest Tennessee, during this event, there was a minimum of 30000 lightning strikes 😮. The plant where I work was indeed struck by lightning just prior to day shift starting. This strike caused a fire resulting in production being suspended for two hours due to evacuation. There was flooding here and some folks got hit hard as well but not nearly the scale of say Fancy Farm (11.35"), Wingo, Mayfield, Murray, etc. in west Kentucky. This was definitely one to remember 😢 for all the wrong reasons.

Then will men be awakened and become aware that religion (The Bahá’í’ Faith) is impregnable stronghold and the manifest light of the world, and its laws, exhortations and teachings the source of life on earth." (Shoghi Effendi-Compilations, Lights of Guidance, p. 126) BAHA’U’LLAH (The promised one of all ages) is the divine physician who diagnoses the world’s malady; for the whole planet is ill and needs the power of a great specialist. Writing to the sovereigns of the world, He summoned that the hour for unity had struck-unity between countries, unity between religions. In this period of its evolution, the world of humanity is in danger. Every war is against the good pleasure of the Lord of mankind, for man is the edifice of God and war destroys the divine edifice. If an active, actual peace is brought about, the human world will attain to the utmost serenity and composure; wolves will be transformed into lambs, devils into angels, and terrors into divine splendours in less than the twinkling of an eye. BAHA’U’LLAH’S teachings are the health of the world. They represent the spirit of this age, the light of this age, the well-being of this age, the soul of this cycle. The world will be at rest when they are put into practice, for they are reality. Abdu'l-Baha (The servant of God)), Divine Philosophy, p. 84] “According to the teaching of the Prophets, disease and all other forms of calamity are due to disobedience to the Divine Commands. Even disasters due to floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes are attributed by 'Abdu'l-Bahá indirectly to this cause. The suffering that follows error is not vindictive, however, but educative and remedial. It is God's Voice proclaiming to man that he has strayed from the right path. If the suffering is terrible, it is only because the danger of wrongdoing is more terrible, for "the wages of sin is death." Just as calamity is due to disobedience, so deliverance from calamity can be obtained only be obedience. There is no chance or uncertainty about the matter. Turning from God inevitably brings disaster, and turning to God as inevitably brings blessing.” [Dr. J.E. Esslemont, Bahá’u’lláh (The promised one) and the New Era, p. 95]

This kind of reminds me of Hurricane Floyd. Hi, i am from eastern North Carolina but live in Colorado now. This brings me to tears. Floods are just as dangerous as fires, and sometimes worse. We went through the flood of the century with Floyd, but it started with Hurricane Dennis. Many people.seem to forget about Dennis and what that Hurricane did before Floyd. Either way, floods are no joke. I pray that anyone doesn't have to go through them like I have and many others. Our weather is only going to get worse. But the best thing that we can do is be there for each other, and our neighbors as well.❤🙏♥️🙏♥️

Unfortunately, every year the number of natural disasters will increase. A very important climate report was voiced at the international online forum *"Global* *crisis.* *There* *is* *a* *way* *out"* (time 4:37-31:30). The only solution is the *Creative* *Society,* where human life will be the highest value, so everyone will be guaranteed safety, well-being and a high standard of living.

Most of these cars have a air inlet that hangs low and when you drive into flood water it gets sucked up into your motor and even if you drive a truck that flood water is full of grit dirt etc so weeks or months later your brakes wheel bearings transmission suspension etc will start causing all kinds of problems I personally never drive in Flood Water as a mechanic I’ve seen the effects

@grenzhochspannungshindernis
That florida man could easily push his car out of the water by himself and the reason he stuck is because he was driving a bit too quick in the water, not because water level was too high at that time... his merc is also rear wheel drive not front :)

It's more important than ever to keep the narrative going that this is not due to human activity. If we can keep that up long enough then we can say that's it's too late to do anything so we might as well keep going. Thanks to the efforts of Koch Industries and others we have most people in this area buying into the narrative.
