Having said that, I have great respect for Coach K and John Calipari. Both are great coaches. Krzyzewski’s 5 National Championships are the most by any Coach not named a John Wooden. Of course, I am speaking of men’s college basketball only

We had our shot to win with under 20 seconds to go at the end of regulation with a wide open Herro or Hagans around the perimeter who could have got a good look for us. Congrats. They have been the hottest team the past 11 games and make that 12 now. I believe that 80-53 loss to UK was the beat, most humbling experience to happen. One of the better NCCA tournaments that I can recall. Any of the 4 teams left can win it imo. In fact, I think all time these 4 teams are some of the most closely matched (ever).

And the grace and respect Kenny the Jet has shown him since Auburn beat down the Tar Holes also been a pleasant sight to behold - total class! It's why Kenny Smith is one of the few things I respect about the 95% obnoxious Carolina nation! Kenny could teach a class about showing and conducting yourself w class starting with majority Tar Hole fans

All credit to Auburn for a great win. UK fan here. Not taking anything away from Auburn but man UK's free throws did it to them again this year. I know Washington declared and is projected as #15 overall for the draft. I think Herro and Johnson could probably both play at the next level but neither would get any significant minutes next year. They would both benefit greatly from another year in college. As for Hagans if he declares he needs to have his head checked. I do hope someone gives Travis a chance. That money has to be extremely tempting. You've got players that are projected to be late 2nd round picks declaring now. To each their own, but I just hate to see talent wasted when they go early and are never heard from again.

Congrats to the Auburn Tigers, they've beaten some legendary programs to get to the Final Four. That Harper is a blur with the ball, so fast and with quick moves (reminds me a little of Calvin Murphy back in the day). I don't know what Auburn's #2 was complaining about at the end of reg., there was no time for that guy to pass the ball

The game shouldn't have even gone into overtime. There were two fouls on Kentucky's last possession that weren't called.😑
