I had that stereo but it doesn't work phone wise by letting you use your phone book says not supported so I went back to the JVC that is pretty much the same thing except I can access my contacts on my JVC that you can't on the Kenwood and it's weird because both the JVC and the Kenwood are pretty much the same but the Kenwood sounded alot better but other then that my only complaint was like as I was saying you can't access your contacts on a android phone.
@@johnvogel5885 I went back to the JVC i have because that Kenwood doesn't support Android phonebook you can't access your contacts on it and there both pretty much the same stereo just the settings are said a little different and one is red while the Kenwood is blue.
If all I'm doing is pairing a tablet to BT I would stick with the factory option and just stick a tablet in front. You're loosing audio quality through BT, it IMO defeats the entire purpose of getting hard wired through a USB
