I see longhorn guys everyday in lansing,NY hauling salt from Cargill. They have some beautiful trucks for such a big fleet. Would love to drive for them, but they are a little to far for a daily commute.
Great lookin truck Wes, glad work is steady for u guys. When drivers come in at work they are always complaining about the lack of work. I think it’s got a lot to do with your motto “Let’s get back to work !!”
Work has been steady. My thing is I’ll take a short day or week and not complain because the next week might be really big. Take the breaks when they come and the money when that comes.

Thank you. I’m glad you mentioned that because I actually try to keep it somewhat balanced in a typical video. I’ll do talking videos here and there but personally I feel like I’m boring people so I try to balance.

Do you haul out of Callanan Inds. I ran equipment back in 88 there and as a operating engineer you had to work in the plant too. Worked for Gorman Bros too, the one place I worked where I wish I never quit.
The “how to dump” abs the “dump trailer should be a tanker” were Callanan loads. I used to pull a liquid asphalt trailer for a different company and we’d haul liquid for Gorman out if the port of Rensselaer.
For what it’s worth you put another smile on a kids face with this video.....I’m 29.....still a kid at heart though 🤣 something about turbos whistlin and jakes that just make me feel like a fat kid at a donut convention. Anyways, serious question, think you can comment on how y’all haul that heavy? I know it varies state to state, I’m in NC. The legal wording always screws with me. Are you getting single permits? The truth is I honestly am so used to not using it it’s turned into a bad habit. There is some reasons though. I like to almost stand up so I can see where the nose of the truck is for example but mainly it’s just a bad habit.

Down here in Pennsylvania we can only run 80,000. Do you guys need permits to run 115,000 in New York. And what's the legal amount you're allowed to run?
