It's not a failed project. It's vision 2030. They've already connected electricity, water, fiber optic cables and East Africa's biggest data centers within the City Development Agency. The next phase will now be the construction of buildings. So, don't criticize it just yet.
@TheRichest please consider featuring Mwale Technology & Medical City & Nairobi Railway City. Nairobi has been recently ranked ahead of London in a global index that tracks luxury property price movements across 45 cities, according to Knight Frank’s prime global cities index Q3 2022.
Can't you hear the voice behind this video. It's the voice of something called Caucasian, the Superior Race shit that says Africa is not part of History. Nothing good can come out of Africa. Nothing good came out of Africa. Egypt, said Hegel, is not part of Africa. That ignorant Called Hegel didn't know about the Great Zimbabwe. He would have said Zimbabwe has nothing to do with Africa. Those Dirty enemies of Blacks, to prove their point, they will go as far as create Terrorism across Africa to make sure Black People go nowhere so they can claim they're Superior to Blacks. But, we will let sit on their Dirty Dreams while we are rising back up just like the Chinese.
Let's goooooo Kenya!!! Much love from the US🇺🇲🤘🏼🇰🇪 I have high hopes that Kenya will be a beacon of light for African nations to rise to their true potential in this century. I hope our nations build strong Bonds well into the future.
The project is implemented in phases. The first phase of laying out the infrastructure foundation was completed recently and now we are in phase two. More than 70% of the land is already taken
I love how pessimistic and sarcastic he sounds, Konza city is developed using the PPP model, where you have three phases of the project, the first phase is the government’s role to lay foundation for basic and social services of the entire city which is aver 90% complete. The second was having the private sector lease the land for development which there has been a big uptake by private sector investors and construction is ongoing. The buildings you see are the administrative building, data center and sewerage treatment plants, there are more constructions going on and you shouldn’t be too quick to write the project as a failed project.
Africa’s states have more people than what the states in the US has and that being said, Africa has more vibrant cities already than the US has. That’s means achieving dreams of this nature won’t be a big deal to the rapid raise of the continent. The moment they fix their political systems around the continent, RIP to the rest of the world.
@@paipay7991 What does age have to do with what the point he brought forward? When one has nothing to contribute to the argument, one should say nothing instead of desperately trying to divert the conversation to other irrelevant topics.
Your country ain't shit and nothing will be built there. Kenya has the largest number of ZOMBIES in Africa and they will be building what? LIES LIES and more LIES
Now i have 6.88btc in less than a year. It is a wonderful experience i guarantee strongly n commend her too. Glad to see all beneficiaries from her works..
Jehovah Almighty God got the politicians' mouth shut just like He shut the mouths of the lions in the Den and they shall not eat public funds no more in the Mighty Name of Jesus CHRIST.AMEN
@ Billy terer kama auna ka plot karibu hapo enda ununue kamoja ndio ujue ata kama kenya corrupt Mungu ataingililia kunaendelea na kujengwa 2030 ndio mutajionea ata saa hii ebu tafuta Baruthi wa thayu akuuzie kamoja 😂😂
Believe it or not. It's actually more likely for a city like this to be built in a developing country that in the 1st world since they don't have an old infrastructure to build on top of or dig up. They can literally just start from scratch and build whatever they want.
Nice one. I hope though that most of the projects will be financed with Kenyan's taxpayers funds and not a situation where the assets are owed outrightly by foreign companies and governments, particularly, those outside of Africa. Partner, with Africa's business people and make an "Africa's" owned projects! Nigeria is partnering with countries in Africa, such as Algeria, Morocco, Chad etc. Let us build Africa together.
With the discovery of Colton in 6 different counties used in laptops smartphones cameras and TV's we will visualize the Konza Tech hub as Silicon Savanah and possibly~ Wakanda way~~~✨
Thank you all for the Mob-Love. The project is proceeding as planned having completed the horizontal infrastructure for phase 1 and now the vertical infrastructure is on progress. You are always welcome to Nairobi and Kenya as a whole.
THE FIRST THING I NEED TO BE IMPRESSED IS A SCIENTIFICALLY PLANNED, MOST COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION SYSTEM. THIS MEANS THAT THERE MUST BE THE HIGHEST TRAINED TEACHERS AÑD THE BEST EQUIPPED HIGH TECH SCHOOLS FOR STUDENTS FROM PRESCHOOL TO COLLEGE. IF THIS IS YOUR BASE, ALL ELSE WILL FOLLOW TO FULFILL ALL DREAMS FOR HERE AND BEYOND. ALL BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE MUST BE IN PLACE FOR EVERY CITIZEN IN EVERY PART OF KENYA. BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE MUST MEAN : CLEAN POTABLE WATER - NSTION WIDE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY- SEWER SYSTEM -AND GENERAL PROPER BASIC, INFRASTRUTURE AND THIS WILL BE THE PLATFORM GROM WHICH THE GREATEST VISIONS CAN BE REALISED.
Umegoogle the status update? Horizontal infrastructure is done and many private companies wanajenga, even kulikuwa na case ya construction workers with koreans Juzi. Hawa wazungu huwa hawatutakii mema
@@LundeSite It will not "stay in that phase" though, it's not even where it was six months ago, leave alone 10 years ago when the idea was born. Just a simple search right here on RU-vid will enlighten you. Do yourself an even better one and look at new vs a year-old videos and tell me if you don't see massive changes.
No one, it’s another scam project run by corrupt politicians that will pocket most of the money, bankrupt the country, and who know they can just go crying to the UN and world bank for more funds
Materials isn't an issue the bigger issue is financing the project and getting the investors... there's already big steel companies, cement companies, stone and sand mines that could supply it the bigger issue is financing
Y'all stand misinformed and blinded. You obviously don't travel...let alone do research...but you think you know everything happening around the country from the comfort of your bedsitters in Roysambu.
