Africa: Kenya - Tanzania border is different from any other border I've seen in my life, and even the police behavior is totally different! 👇 SUPPORT MY TRIPS micheleponte.com/
The sad part about traveling is that I wasn't there when my father died and now I won't be there when the funeral of my aunt (his sister) will happen. But, as I told my cousin, we can only focus on the positive memories. Nothing can be worst in life than losing a parent or a child, but also nothing can make you stronger. When my dad died I might have gotten 20kg, but at some point, I also understood that I need to completely focus on happiness. And what makes me happy is sharing stories and interacting with you. Dear friends and subscribers, you saved my life. My cousin will find his way too: we grew up together and we share the same DNA. I'll just be reminding him to keep the eyes on the light and that we have at least 2/3 of our life to live! Every city is rebuilt after a strong earthquake. We are the future, especially of our family!
Michele Ponte i saw you at Galittos on Wednesday evening...I kept stealing glances at you and telling my friends about your channel. Expect massive growth here 😎😎
The tour guide is a vibe.... I always enjoy having this tour guides whenever I travel . Pple should appreciate them n embrace them they take their time to show tourists everywher
Michele: This is amazing. I've always wanted to see how any border area in Kenya looks like. The only border area I've been to is the U.S.-Canadian border. When you said that you get excited when you cross a border, I totally understand. By the way, your tour guide is a natural. His personality compliments yours very well.
Michele: When I wrote the comment above I had not read your note so I did not have the sad news of your aunt. I was just simply excited to have seen your video. Then when I returned to your video after 4 hours, I finally noticed your note. Very sorry. Being away from relatives and discovering new lands is fun but it also has a personal price sometimes (I know this very well). Stay strong.
Just got time out to catch up your guide didn't get his name actually hilarious and very helpful. On a lighter note may your Aunt rest in peace Ponte.. Be safe and enjoy the new year.
Hi Michele thanks for letting me and Ken to walk with you and your amazing friend. It was a short walk to the border to Tanzania and the police were very polite to let us in and you know my friend I'm not surprised that many people recognize you as a celebarty, you are famous and you are a celebarty, I see your channel is growing fast you will have no free time to read all the comments below. I'm glad you're fine my friend. Stay safe and very blessed.:-)
Walai wazungu maze,"ati i like the sound of donkeys 🐴,jamaa anaanza hihohihohiho" alaf mzungu anasema," no I mean i like how the donkey picks the grass from the ground" 😁😂😂🤣🤣🤣jeeeesus 🤣
Another enjoyable video! You were brave to cross that border! We don’t want to hear that you’re locked up in some jail! Most likely not too accommodating. Wishing you all the best!
Amazing content ponte. Before u leave Africa ( Kenya) u shd do more vlogs with uncle Dee he is such a cheerful person, è splendido👌 Much lov frm Uganda 🇺🇬
As an African living in Europe. There is what they called Europe without borders. Why can’t we have African continent without borders? I have traveled to so many European countries through borders without anyone checking my car or even asking for my passport. Remove all the borders and let our people breath!
Yes, but they are positive and negatives regarding it. Like In Kenya as soon as I film in malls they call me a terrorist, but then actual terrorists can easily enter via land like in this video...
@@simu2008, though I know what you are saying, if we think this way, it will never happen. It will be a tough road, but it needs to be done, and the issues will work themselves out, because they people will be ready to unite.
@@itscomplicated... It was always like that. The UK, Cyprus and Ireland were never part of the schengen area because they have special status as island's. Even Bulgaria and Romania aren't part of it.
Oh man, I'm Sorry about your father & aunt bro it's really difficult here in Europe at the moment my brother. As a product of both🇰🇪+🇺🇬 Thanks for lovin my home. You are a genuinely good human being.
Another enjoyable glimpse into life over there and good to see Uncle again.. Sad to hear about your aunt..I can relate having lost my uncle over the Christmas period and also can't go to his funeral.. A reminder to live and enjoy every day as if it's your last!
Condolences mate for the loss of your Aunt and La Multi Ani 2021, hope it is a better one all round. On a lighter note, having grown up in the Pacific and now back in Europe, I forget many people simply do not know things like Pawpaw and its an expensive luxury in the West, yet I grew up eating them like we eat apples, was so common and cheap. I also look at the big leaves of the yams and also taro have similar leaves and recognise them, as I ate those as well. Yam leaves can grow really big and we used to use them as a natural umbrella from the rain!...just cut a couple of the big ones and hold over your head, cheap umbrella....take care mate, stay safe and 2021 will be your year for sure.
I love your travels and more especially your English........it seems like you and your tour guide have something in common and that is the accent hehehehehehe. Lovely tour guide. Give us more videos bro.
Wishing you a fantastic 2021 when more of your dreams come true! Sorry for the sad loss, but for sure your father and aunt will be proud of what you have achieved so far and it’s still early into your life journey.
Here in America in some states like Missouri, attractions like Meramec Caverns would paint barns on farms with their ad for free. Lots of Farmers let them do this in the South. Those motorcycles in alleyways are seriously dangerous to walkers! I really enjoyed this video Michele!!
Thanks a lot, Ken! I had to check online what are the Meramec Caverns and they look very nice! Near Rome I have grotte di Frasassi or grotte di Pastena
Michael you said you got a e-visa too Kenya. What did you need too download too get the visa. 1. A return ticket 2. A hotel booking. 3. A photo. On e-visa no east African visa available. So what did you do???
I think your videos are very good and interesting I was born in Kenya and have lived in Germany since 35. I will fly to Kenya for the first time in February I'm very excited I hope that it will be relaxed despite Corona 🙏😃 ♥ ️
Wow. This is so amazing Michele Ponte. Have never been in this place. You are taking me around my own country. Congratulations for the good job you are doing. Am so happy with what you are doing in my country. I will keep my good love to this Europe. God keep you safe as you enjoy.
Police at the border seem good and professional..great community policing and fact that they are aware of new visitors is amazing whether via social media or other intelligence means. Sorry for your loss ponte. The only valuable dimnishing treasure on earth is Time.Death is part of life!Happy Memories are worthwhile!Soldier on!
Nita tuma polisi kutoka taarime na darisarama wakuweke korokoroni kwa kuvuka mpaka (Maghufulo)😅😅😅 anyway enjoyed the video keep up with the good work 🙂.
I am sorry to learn of ur aunt's passing MHDSRIEP....Paw-paw/Papaya wow you seem to be having fun there...kikikikiki Michele is so tall uncle seems so small walking besides him..
This vlog lack honesty. I think you are in violation of the the countries border crossing regulation and you and your tour guide should be accountable. Please stop using this hamble tour guide.
#Michele Please, you've a very good and kind guy , he's very proud being with you, appreciate him ,and don't even forget when you go back to #Italy ,invite one day to Italy just appreciate him😍 ,I love him❤️. You're doing a very good job Ponte✊.
Really cool Ponte, but our pple's mentality towards a white man is extremely poor!! I bet no white man in Italy wants to see a black man anywhere near them!! Africa is beautiful man, very resourceful! Enjoy your tour in East Africa
