Pierre gave the president of Kenya, William Samoei Ruto, the ride of his life on shakedown putting the president in a Puma Hybrid Rally1 car and going flat out on the scenic Safari Rally stages!
History maker... I loved the way he was calm and careful but very fast driving a head of state... He must have rehearsed the route really well to drive that fast without a navigator but I man pretty sure that is confidential information and a matter of Kenyan National Security which cannot be discussed until much much later
I was smiling the whole time watching this. Awesome to see people like world leaders being... I want to say humble, but I don't think that's the word... and just having a bit of fun.
The only country in the world which gives the WRC presidential escort ....plus armed security police and the WRC officials get new Land cruisers with police escorts
@@kaykay5605 Man the President HIMSELF is Gentle enough to allow that kind of atmosphere. However for the Driver Pierre He really knew the route well the fact being that he did not have a navigator right there. Just deserves 👍
@@katendeedward4756he didn't allow any atmosphere...it would be the same without his 'humility'...very nice clip to watch though...from a human perspective...we need to let him be just a kenyan citizen at times..he is a fun guy
What a feeling😅 it reminds me of ford vs Ferrari scene when ford himself was taken for a ride in ford GT,,,,,,bravo Mr president and bravo Africa❤ #wrc the best sports
@@zakkan9474 Ha ha ha My love for my country will always be clouded by my political sentiments. Until the day I have a country worth fighting for. Currently, this is not it.
@@zakkan9474 I didn't say that I don't love my Country. I also like my president, the problem comes with the lies that he keeps on pulling😂tunapangwa live
It’s not about him being a God, it’s respect, decorum and etiquette!! Period!! Whether you like the man’s policies, or not, he is still the leader of our nation !!!
In modern Rally1-cars leftfoot brake and rightfoot throttle - quite simple. You can do it in a automatic-transmission car or a hire-cart, but you probably won't reach the same speed ...
