@@ASAPJermz He was scared of Tim Thomas tho I guess you missed that story or forgot about it , hes a fake tough guy, Thomas provoked him twice at clubs , slapped him in the face with money and another time mushed his face and both times Martin backed down
@@antnam4406 I understand you did a quick Wikipedia search, but you should've read it all and you would known he was only born there. He grew up in Dallas.
Kmart was num 1 pick. Stak had to go overseas before he was finally drafted if he wouldve tried to put his foot down like KMart he would’ve been right back over there
I never understood that rookie shit ima grown man ain’t no grown man telling me to hold bags they only do that to who let them an justify it by saying rookie ain’t no rookie nothing ima man
It's amazing to see the kind of shit people will tolerate simply because of peer pressure and expectations. Kmart is a grown man who thinks for himself.
What’s crazy is WWE superstar’s mentioned trying too rookie haze Brock and he would beat anybody ass who tried, the most notable victim was Mr Perfect R.I.P
Or like he from the hood and you're American systems and frat boy mentality and exploitation and hazing and picking on people is just simply not going to fly with real man but yeah ... I feel u lol
Respect real men still exist if I didn't listen to my love ones who actually had my best interest I'm not hearing another person run me make me do nothing I don't want to do
KMart is underrated by a lot of fans today. Mainly because that era of 4’s were insane. TD, KG, Dirk, C Webb, Sheed, Amar’e, Jermaine O’Neal, Z Bo. The early 00’s was truly the golden era of 4’s.
@@j.carter2452 oh man my bad. Sheed was a baller too. I was naming guys that I remembered, and somehow I missed Sheed. Just another proof of the stacked 4’s era.
@@FirashAdryan know what's crazy is all those guys maybe besides Zo & J.O. could bring the ball up the court, no problem. And they could hit 18 ft jumpers like nothing
@@j.carter2452 I think the top 4’s of the 90’s really showed the young cats at the time on how to play the 4. Chuck, Karl, and Kemp, among others. If you leave any of them open from 18 feet on purpose, your coach is definitely yanking you off the floor. Chuck, on the other hand, showed you that you can handle the rock, and bring it up the court. Just ask C Webb who inspired him the most.
Amen. As a grown adult, I’m not doing shit I don’t want or need to do. Especially if another grown adult has the time and ability to do it for themselves.
When Kmart played in Cincinnati my mom asked him mid game if he would sign an autograph for her son. He literally told her yes maam and asked what my name was and personalized for it me and everything. Very humble stand up guy that never forgot where he came from
@@chicagocarter4175 Nigga. When I say threw my shit?! Bruh. He under the goal. I'm on the wing and spotting up for a 3ptr. I look off and K-Mart takes two giant steps and leaps out towards me and before I can flip my wrist he packs my shit. Then next time I rotate in he gets cocky looks dead at me and takes them same two big ass steps out to me, and this time I ball faked to get him in the air, which I did, and then I shoot and he still packed my shit. Again.
Let me have a Ferrari or a lambo and this MF filled up my car with popcorn!!! On my expensive ass seats and dash!!! I'd make sure to beat his ass in front of the whole team to be a lesson to everyone. Don't fuck with my shit. This ain't college, we grown ass men.
Or better yet how come every man doesn't have a I'm not backing down mentality the world would be a better place maybe it's in God's will that most people are soft
Too many people are afraid to stand alone in the face of what's popular/what others are doing. They'd rather be a part of the group they think is cool rather than have self respect. This is a rare instance where you need to let your ego/pride help make this decision. Always stand up for yourself.
Respect and salute 2 all three x-players on this show.... all played there own game how they wanted 2 play.... Great work 👏 👍 👌 💪 fellas.... Barnes, Martin and Jackson....
@@caldwmc Has EVERYTHING to do with being gangsta cause he went past the threshold of standing on his square like a grown man. He punked the vets out rookie hazing him like everyone else goes through. THAT'S GANGSTA AF!!
With college too that whole hazing shi always came off weird to me personally it would fracture my relationship with my teammates lol cause I'm no damn bell hop or a store runner less just keep it respectful lol feel u kmart
I was a freshman in high school when Ken - as he was known at BA - was a senior. I managed to get into a pickup game at the practice court at school... I cut to the basket and somebody gave me a pass so I go for the layup... I saw him around the free throw line when I was about to get the ball and I figured I had enough space...he didn't even block it, he just grabbed it out of the air... I've always been thankful he did that instead of blocking it because the walls were only about 3 or 4 ft away from the out-of-bounds all around the court. He could have smacked it against the wall and sent it damn near to half court if he wanted. I always figured he was just showing some love by just snatching it out of mid-air instead of shattering my ego to a million pieces with a thunderous block.
Probably 10 percent body fat or so in his prime. Yoked guys like David Robinson weren’t even that low. No NBA player is three percent. Ever. Guys who are mega low body fat- like 5 percent- would likely have issues with the grind of the NBA. I did some intense training for half a year. Hours and hours a day of physical exercise of heavy weight bearing cardio.I got shedded. Couldn’t keep weight on and I was pouring food down constantly. I was kinda fragile and even though I looked amazing, I wasn’t at my peak. Once I was done with my intense training I was able to get some healthy fat on me. My performance and overall health just skyrocketed. It peak performance does not mean lowest body fat. Lean muscle mass is good until you get crazy lean. Just talk to any bodybuilder. When they are at there leanest, even before they dehydrate/cut, they feel like trash.
@@midwestboxing4415 you do realize strength and muscle has nothing to do with body fat percentage. In fact your strength decreases immensely when you are sub double digit body fat. People with 3 percent body fat experience alot of fatigue and pain on a daily basis. Their bodies wouldn't be able to do the same amount of cardio and training that KM was doing. Im not hating its just physically impossible without having health complications. With his size and strength im guessing between 15 and 18 percent is where he was at
I wouldn't do it in high school or college either. Those other players can't start or cut you. Why catter to other players when they can't even prevent themselves from being on the chopping block.
Man I just love the passion he speaking with....💯...championships or not...basketball team or not...he a man above all. He put his pants on just like any other man. True leaders in life (not playing a game) only understand this. 💯
He was a pro at 22. Most likely his college department and the nba tracked those numbers for them. They are athletes who get paid to play. The people in charge need to know how healthy they are.
I doubt he was 3% that's literally stage ready body builder shit. He wouldve looked way more cut and I doubt he would've been able to play 82 games like that.
Facts I played college sports and I wasn’t having that mess either. Ain’t no the other freshman did it. well go tell them to do it because I ain’t them.
Good on you. You're a grown man and no other grown man should ever disrespect you and pretend under the name of some backwards ass sports "culture". Fuck that shit.
That Nets team was so good but they had K Mart playing center cause you could get away with that shit in the east. But when you had to play Shaq...different animal. They woulda had a fun series with the Sacramento Kings tho too bad they didn't beat the Lakers.
Sometimes they do it just to see what the young fellas are made of. Obviously K Mart refused and the vets respected him for it because they knew they couldn’t punk him.
