Nice land to me. I love the forest. Always something to see and you never know what you will scare up as you walk, grouse for instance. Wild raspberries, cool. Nice snack as you walk in the woods.
Y'know, if you had described this series of videos to me, I would have thought they were going dull but I cannot wait to see more of these. Even once you decide, I am so excited to watch it all develop. keep up the great videos
If you are correct and opening up the canopy will dry up a good portion of the land then I would choose this personally, you're getting so much more land. Depending on how many times you are going to go into bonsai acres a week, I think the shorter commute is a huge bonus. At least for me the distance would be my top 2 priority in buying land If plan on visiting frequently. But I also don't like long drives, I suppose that depends on you. If the farms are below your property but are dry, I think its fairly safe to assume that you a large portion of this land will dry up after the sun dries it out. Spring water can be diverted to a direction you want right?
@@DavesBonsai I live in Cottage Grove. I understand they are present along the Mississippi south of here. Just wondering if they would be a problem in Kenyon. .....phobic... 😱
