the way you two get on with each other is very refreshing. I can imagine that the atmosphere at your clinic is jovial and upbeat, with your same air of professionalism. This is so missing in many sterile medical environments and I'm sure it shows in repeat patients and referrals.

I have enjoyed your channel they way it has been. Simple, informative, funny and not loaded down with medical terminology. It is nice to know the equipment you are using, what you are enjoying doing for your patients and giving us loads of entertainment between you both.
Keep doing what you’re doing in your own unique way because it works. I find I’m informed, educated and entertained all at the same time. Listening to you both talk about the medical terminology is helpful because people who are not familiar with those terms might just remember the terminology and the explanations at their own appointment and might just have a better understanding of what is going on. That understanding will make their appointment easier and hopefully less stressful. I know I have a better understanding of the different approaches to removing the ear blockages. Honestly I didn’t know a thing about micro suction, I figured it was all irrigation. So I’ve learned a lot since I first started watching your RU-vid channel. Thanks fellas 💕🇨🇦💕

I absolutely adore your jokes and banter and making fun of stuff (and each other). Its better to laugh crying than just cry. My sence of humour is very dry and honest but in a funny way, never malicious, my daily goal is to make just one person laugh and feel/be happy. You guys enjoy your job, and find a way to keep it fresh and laugh instead of cry when it gets bad especially for your patients, you have alot of respect for them and what you do

I started watching this channel because of your personality and when Taylor arrived he fitted into your repartee beautifully. So I’m really happy for you to go back to that format without the medical terms. (I think Ive learned them all anyway 😂)
Rhys is an excellent communicator. and employs some good teaching methods. Using the correct terminology makes his videos of value educationally to audiology practitioners new to the channel. I think Rhys & Taylor have the balance of formal and less formal right.
I love watching your videos because you have great personalities and it's fun to hear you guys have fun and joke around. There are other ear wax removal videos from other audiologists that don't have fun and they are boring and I no longer waste my time with those. I choose fun! 😅
I highly concur with the majority of the commentors. Having seen it both ways, i much prefer the banter & laughter to a more formal presentation. Yes, it's nice to have a nice formal education. However, it is more meaningful to present a down to earth, normal, happy, love of your work, rather than a nose in the air, hour of technical, medical, boring, terminology. Please keep on doing you!❤😊
I like your attitude about curettage tools, microsuction, and irrigation. The best practitioners leave all their options open to achieve the best results! Also, your channel wouldn’t be the same if you didn’t get silly and laugh while reviewing top notch wax removal. There are other channels that are very technical, so we can have the best of both worlds!

I only watch yourselves and the wax wizard Richard hes comes from Lancashire he hasn't been on RU-vid that long about year or so he owns his own business too and puts out some really good interesting videos keep your eyes out for him and he makes you laugh too
