Definitely NOT a reproduction. Its definitely a Bradley Hubbard piece. The brass has just been polished. Some collectors prefer that look. I have many of these and am not aware of anyone ever reproducing them. The torches however have been reproduced. Although I think yours are original as well. $3 for this is an unbelievable find. Even in todays market, good similar examples still bring $2-400. Excellent purchase. Congratulations…

Pigeon’s patent was in 1884 in Europe at the same time this catalog was published. His sales really started after 1900. Back then every stole designs, change them up a little a apply for a unique patent. Canada and the US had different systems and you needed to apply both countries to be safe. Richard M Wanzer, set up factories in Canada and literally sold SInger sewing machines and Hitchcock lamps. He was an American. Cheers
Hello i have a question for you. Always wanted a clean nickel aladdin with the mantle and shade. I finally got my opportunity but the burner is a model 21. Is this burner decent? Secondly will a a type nu-b burner fit the font?
