Today I am honored to share with you a short clip of a powerful message that Kersten Gomez shared at the River Women Alaska Wellness retreat. She shares about how empowerment does not come from anything we do by ourselves. Empowerment comes from the village of people who lift us up so that we can feel courageous enough to walk through our fears.
As I reflected on her words, they truly resonated with me. There have been times that I have felt brave enough to step out into the unknown however in each circumstance it has been the encouragement and support of people who have believed in me that has always kept me going.
