Well analysed and nicely concluded. You are customer friendly, honest and straightforward. Keshav Nagar residents are perhaps big sufferers in East Pune. The road and water infrastructure is pathetic. The Municipality has been blind to the resident's woes and continues to be lethargic.
Hi Saudaghar, My builder has sold covered parking in front of Main entrance lobby which is blocking movement of residents and pathway from lobby to driveway and can be fatal in case of emergency. Is there any law to stop this parking allotment?
Keshavnagar is still a trap. Bridge height is not that much...flooding will take awag its advantage leadinf the mundhwa bridge the obvious choice for transport... leading to current situatipn of traffice after 2 years in monsoon. Also Y junction is a vote bank point so not sure when that road widening happens.
@@monuvishwe ... Your analysis is right. To demolish structures at Mundhwa crossroads it took 10+ years. To remove the Y junction and the complicated knot, it will not happen before 2040... Keshav Nagar suffers from too many narrow roads.
