Mine turned ok🤗! It taste great +the top of it browned perfectly even 👏. I am 🤗surprised that it did not break while being released from the pan, it is very firm & still fluffy👏👏👏 I have to order the 6" bundt pan because my cake did not rise as high as yours did 🤔so I figure I got the wrong size bundt pan. My cake looks like a syrup glazed, inch thick pancake😄. This cake can be staple in my kitchen. Yummy for my tummy!

Con todo respeto para Ketosert quiero compartir algunos consejos por si les sirven a alguien más. Tiene ya 2 horas que salió del horno, es delicioso, tiene una textura parecida al dulce de algodón de azúcar , se deshace en la boca y en cuanto al caramelo Si o Si tienen que usar allulosa ya que es el único endulzante aprobado en Keto que se carameliza muy parecido al azúcar regular, el erithritol no logra caramelizar, en los ingredientes Ketosert da la opción de usar erithritol pero solamente en las claras batidas No en el caramelo, pónganle cuidado a ese dato

I want to make mini versions with different extracts and food colouring to differentiate them. I like the idea of a refrigerator brimming with these and other low carb snacks. Just grab one when you are hungry. The macros on this is insane. One net carb for the whole cake. Plus it's egg fast friendly. Awesome.

Every time when I baked a cake with egg white, the cake always turned out flat, so I have phobia of baking it. But this recipe makes me want to try again. Can you tell me roughly how long to beat the egg white and when you know it is the right consistency? 🙏🙏🙏😋😋😋

I make egg white bread, and I just beat it until it peaks like whipping cream, about 5 minutes.

Hello Carla, no need to grease your pan. It will release easily, let it cool a bit for about 10 mins and it will unmold easily once you flip it.❤️

Thank you for your recipies. I was successful at keto bread, which saved me during diet. However for this one, I failed - the output is perfect from outside but wet inside. I used half of recipe. I once saw a pan that looked like 6 mini bundt cakes all in one pan. I imagine you could do the same and just scoop out 6 one cup scoops of meringue into each well.

I thought you had to use a cold metal pan to peek egg whites? I noticed you use a glass bowl I only have a plastic one will it affect the outcome?

Hello Lisa, it doesn’t have to be cold metal pan. I have like gazillions of recipes in my channel using whipped egg whites and I never used cold metal pan but it’s all good. You can use a glass bowl or a metal bowl as long as it’s CLEAN. No traces of oil or grease including your mixer and utensils.❤️

It’s like a hybrid between a flan, a custard, an angel food cake and a meringue. Texture wise is like eating a flan but it’s an egg white.😅
