I just stocked up on a few different kinds of wraps and this is a great easy keto breakfast idea and OMG I love your keto Bagels! Thank you for all of the delicious recipes.
Finally tried this last weekend. I use the Carb Balance tortillas. I also buttered one side - the side opposite the egg - before placing it on the egg. Then, when I flip it and fold it, heat both sides until crispy. Delish! :-)
Wow !!!!! I can't wait to try this tomorrow morning 🤗. Thank you for all of your fabulous ideas and the time you take to help us on our keto journey. ❤
These are so good! I've been making them for months! They take 3 minutes each and I make them for an hour or so, cut them I half with a pizza cutter, then put them in a 9 x 11 Pyrex container with the heat pack underneath for the volunteers at church. It's a great warm bite to eat for them between services and they LOVE them! My secret ingredient is 1 Tablespoon of pampered chef dill seasoning mix per dozen eggs in the Vitamix. Thanks for the awesome recipe! Just use 1/4 cup egg mixture per tortilla😀
Just came across your video looking for low carb breakfasts for meal prep, and I'm so thankful for your video. Very simple and easy to make and it gave some good ideas for my morning meal prep. Definitely gonna check out more of your videos, take care.
Thank you so much for these recipes. I was hungry so I made one of these quesadillas with sundried tomato carb balance tortilla, 2 eggs, cheddar cheese, and a sausage patty cut in half. I also added a slab of cream cheese and some tomato paste. Soo good! 😋
Awesome recipe. Made a Mexican version for lunch. Bacon, salsa, avocado, Mexican melting cheese,. your sriracha sauce but with sour cream. Scallions & cilantro sprinkled on top of folded quesadilla with a bit more sour cream and avocado. Endless possibilities. Thanks!
Yum! I tried the egg wrap last year, but was underwhelmed. Seeing your cooking method I will give them another try. I didn't know that trick of "glueing" it to the eggs.
I was hopping you would give a recipe on HOW to make the carb-free tortillas, and show us how you made it,...not just what to buy, although that us helpful. Do you have a video for that? Thanks.
Yes. I can't really see the point of these. Why not just make an omelette? That way, you don't have to worry about finding a low carb tortilla. You can still prepare them ahead of time, if you must, and then reheat them. I was totally underwhelmed by this particular video.
@@mariateresamondragon5850 I have to admit that I love the idea of a "grab and go" omelette. Your young kid runs into the room and sticks his hand out for breakfast to take on the run to school and you slap a sizzling hot omelette in his outstretched palm and smile. The eggs and cheese burn his hand but he struggles through the pain because he knows that the tortilla would have been hard to find and pointless.
@@alansawesomeketoworld4612 Thanks for answering!! I’m wondering if you liked them better because they were thin so had less eggy flavor? Hmmm...I’ve tried Crepini and liked them, but they JUST started carrying the Egglife at my stores. I checked about 10 days ago and they didn’t carry them, but today they’re showing in the app. Maybe I’ll just grab some and if they don’t measure up, I can always grab a pack of Crepini again.
You are so amazing. So many great ideas. In the U.K. we haven’t yet court on to Keto yet so can’t get the wraps even from Amazon. It’s still great to watch though. Thanks 😊
Some of these might be difficult. You could always just make the egg omelet. Flip it and then add the cheese and fillings, so that the egg becomes your tortilla
What is the brand of the low carb tortilla you used? They look so thin. When I went on the link it took me to mission brand and I didn’t like this so I’m looking for a different brand. Thanks
I use the Unbun tortilla wraps. They're the best, keto and clean ingredients but a bit pricey. I have to order them online directly from the Unbun website as they're not available in stores yet that I can see. Their bagels are available in stores like Whole Foods. I buy bundles and store in the freezer. I toast them, bake them and fry them. You can also make crunchy baked chips with them. Tacos, enchiladas, use as layers for lasagna... Seriously the best!
@@DeborahLynnM I just got the sale bundle 8 pack of 6 in each (48 tortillas total) for $56.00 directly from the Unbun website. They regularly have discounts on their site.
Nice recipes. One thing, though. The two egg wraps you used are good choices, but the Don Pancho Carb Control wraps have a pretty horrifying list of ingredients.
while keto did help me lose weight it always give me theses headaches, u say its normal but my doctor say otherwise. he put me into this diet plant which is agoge and i never felt better when on a diet. keto never is the best for everyone
