Keto pizza!
-1 egg
-16oz ground chicken breast
-5 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
-dried oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, pepper, salt to taste
-8 slices large pepperoni
-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/4 cup marinara sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. On a pizza pan lined with parchment paper, lay down the chicken mixture and form into a round crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and add your toppings, bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Allow it to cool and enjoy this
