This Keto Coffee dessert can easily be adapted to carnivore by simply leaving out the sweetener!
It is similar to those frozen Italian coffee desserts called semifreddo.
I used: 100ml water, 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1/3 c Besti Allulose/monk fruit blend, 2 egg whites, measure out 350ml heavy cream, then whip it.
