Since Jan. 1 2024 I am down from 265 lbs. to 196 lbs. I take Mounjaro, eat no processed sugar, and limit my carbohydrate intake. My A1C is down from 8.5 (Type 2 diabetic) to 5.7 (Normal range). It's this way is really not hard to do anymore, I've made it a lifestyle not a "diet". I still drink some beer, have some bread, or tortilla, pasta, etc. occasionally and in smaller quantities than in the past. My goal is to get down to at least 185.
