Lovely recipe..but in the written recipe, you do not mention the double/ heavy cream. I often make a mouse with softened berries and cream cheese or Greek yogurt, sometimes adding a half scoop of protein powder..I enjoy your recipes..thank you
Beautiful! I look forward to making these, & I think I will dip them in melted white chocolate for our own preference. These are such a great idea for summer~ especially here in the desert! 🌼Thank you so much for sharing this, as always your recipes are quite inspiring. I'm now considering other berries as well, & as long as the texture is right for the base, I believe the possible combinations are endless.
hat is really unique using an ice cream scoop Ludmila thank you again for a recipe SO easy and yet so decadent looking I can't wait to make these - Julianna
I would love to make these. However in Australia it’s nearly impossible to buy keto friendly chocolate chips or unsweetened cooking chocolate or cocoa butter. We have only copha. Do you have a recipe to make keto friendly chocolate chips or blocks using ordinary butter? This really would help with making many of your lovely recipes.
Thank you for telling me this! You can make your own chocolate glaze without the chocolate chips: Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil. Turn off heat. Add 3 oz (85 grams) of chopped up UNSWEETENED chocolate (the 100% baking chocolate) and 5 tbsp of powdered erythritol. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Use this to dip your Popsicles in 😃
@@lowcarbabode Thank you very much for your reply, is that the powdered cooking chocolate ? I can’t seem to find anywhere unsweetened cooking chocolate in blocks. 🇦🇺
Nani Lu You could also try it with unsweetened block chocolate and sweeten it with powdered erythrtitol. Another option would be to go for the very dark Lindt chocolate, which does have some added sugar though.
