This week we bring you a ketofied version of the Grand Daddy of all Casseroles the Tuna Casserole, but of course we made it Keto and Low Carb safe. Tuna Casseroles go way back to the 1930's, and is a classic dish, we ketofied it using better ingredients to make it keto and low carb friendly. This recipe is delicious!! I made it with some zucchini cut into linguine noodles and also 2 cans of drained green beans. It turned out really good & we prefer this recipe over the old pasta way!!
I went back awhile to check out your tuna casserole. I'm always pleased that you are just a regular family and that your oven is not spotless like some cooks have. That's a good thing in my book. Thanks for all your great recipes. I've made many of them. And I'm an eyeball measuring person too. I'm keto for 4+ yrs now. So instead of zoodles I used green beans. And for the topping I used panko pork rinds, grated Parmesan cheese and the butter. It was satisfying for me and tasty.
Looks very delicious. I may use crushed pork rinds for the topping. I have used Frenches crispy onions before which are delicious for one serving, but the carbs can add up if you have extra. I liked your additional step of celery, muahrooms and onions. I can't wait to try this. Thank you CJ and Sarah for another great recipe.
I know this is an old recipe post, but i am allergic to any type of seafood, including tuna, so I put can chicken in place of the tuna! I loved the taste of the zucchini noodles! Another great dinner hit! Thank you!

I like that you give the size of pan used and that you give such clear directions. I am glad you use a spatula rather than banging on the edge of the dish. for convenience I usually mix everything up in my larger bowl with the sauce. I love the topping directions.

I made chicken enchiladas...it was very yummy n my family loved it...I used ricotta cheese n sour cream instead of cream cheese...n also I used some vinegar green chilies n seasoning...my family loved it...Thanks for showing lots variations of recipes..

Seeing where you make a lot of casseroles and I saw you using mayonnaise, please check out Vegenaise. The one with the green lid. Its usually in the refrigerator section. The green lid is soy-free and sugar-free, I love it.

Love love love casseroles. Cooking keto is different from regular cooking or baking so anytime you can make a meal in one dish I think its ideal. It's much quicker and easier than trying to cook a full course meal with keto. So casseroles Sarah are always a win win for me!! I look forward to many many more in the future !! You should make up a keto casserole recipe book! I think it would be a great investment for you guys!

Ok so I fl off the keto wagon and it been hard . But tonight I tried this and this is the best thing I have ever tasted so good. I did change from useing reegular mayo I use sir kingston because it has no biggie oil which kicks me out of keto and I use just pork rinds instead of almond flour it effects my keto not sure why but other then that. So good so good. My side was green beans. But AA on this one. I hope more people get to view your videos it is a hidden gem.

I am definitely going to try this but I am going to make one change. Instead of Almond flour for the topping I am going to use pork rinds and cheese. Cannot wait!
Omg, I just made this. Love, Love!!! I substituted cauliflower rice for the celery , only because I didn't have any. I also used Miracle Noodle Shirataki instead of Zoodles and it came out great!! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe and all the others. CJ is so silly when it is tasting time.. So, proud of both of you for losing all that weight. I have 60 pounds to go. I made your cheese cake recently but used Keto cranberry sauce instead of the blue berry sauce just because they were what I had and I loved it. Thank you for your posts.
