INGREDIENTS
¾ cup (210g) plain Greek yogurt
3 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon (4mL) vanilla extract
⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon (80g) melted butter
2 cups (200g) blanched almond flour
⅓ cup (65g) granulated erythritol
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
Bake at 350°F(180°C) for 40-50mins
Yields 12 servings (macros per serving)

Yes you can keep almond flour in the freezer..I always do..keeps well. Doesn't get old like when you keep it in a cupboard for long time it can get old.take care 🌹🙏

This is the best cake I ever made. I used milk Kefir instead of yoghurt and thickened it a bit with oatmeal. I added a third cup of sultanas to the mixture and will try coconut next time around. I also added lemon grind to the mixture and used lemon juice with icing sugar for the top once the cake had cooked down completely. I will opt for honey instead of the sugar next time. The grandchildren would have finished it in one go had I given them a choice and let me add.... There are only two of them😂. Soooooooo delicious. ❤

Amazing..I love cooking with almond flour..its healthy to eat..treating yourself in not just a slice of cake..but even go for a second slice if you like..uuhummm..aaahh but thinner then the first to not🙃🙃😉😉 over do it..😂 to keep in check the waistline and uuhum.😂.. that bootie.😂😂...lol But yes certainly a very healthy choice using almond flour..in some cakes I use almond milk when dairy milk is needed in a recipe. That looks amazing ..maybe with a little drizzle of chopped strawberry sauce on top when serving..or a bit brushed jam sprinkled with a bit of coconut on top of the cake..or just a light drizzle of cream cheese icing on top...but just plain like that is great as well! 👏👏👏👏👏 Thank you..from TORONTO GOD BLESS!!!🙏👍👍👍 .
