Thank you so much Thomas and Marcus!!! Excellent information, both for professionals and for patients who, like me, have PKD. Millions of thanks!!! It is very necessary to publish these advances so that specialists around the world begin to update themselves with the new discoveries. It is incredible, I live in Sweden and no nephrologist has been interested in starting to study and verify that the new discoveries regarding the Keto and low-carbohydrate lifestyle are marking a before and after in nephrology. And the nutritionists here in Sweden are not interested either. How sad. Please Thomas, come visit us in Sweden. Here in Stockholm you have my house at your wedding. We need you here in Sweden. It is as serious as it is so dangerous that specialists here prefer to look to the side and continue with the old hypotheses. Thank you!!! I can't stop being grateful for the work you do. An infinite arm, Irina Shelton.

Great talk! Dr. Saemann, could you tell me your recommendation on nutrition for patients with end stage kidney failure on dialysis?

I have seen people in that situation do very well on a full carnivore diet, but that is purely anecdotal at this stage. Good luck with it!

@@anthonychaffeemd would be great to have more discussion on kidney health and carnivore…. Specifically for those who already have different kidney conditions. Overwhelming majority would recommend plant based (good if keto and low oxalate) but never animal based.
