Would really like to do this, but unsure of schedule at the moment. That said, I’ve never done a Turkish get-up and I’ve haven’t integrated snatches into my workouts. I’ve been doing swings, squats, clean & presses, and single-arm bent rows…oh, and single-sided suitcase holds and that sit-up thing you’ve demoed holding a kettlebell. I’m 68 and feel great having done a not-terribly consistent amount of kettlebell work along with an intense weekly indoor cycling class and tennis. Knees are a bit of an issue, with one already replaced and the other one starting to request it.

How about live broadcast these seminars too (for a fee of course or some kind of freemium / premium / monetised content offer)… this way for those that can’t attend physically can gain access to a virtual seminar and learn to improve themselves too… after all, you now have a global audience hungry for your insanely brilliant content… of course, nothing beats “in person” but maximise your value proposition with a broader reach to your global audience…

Kettle bell out side the leg side rotational swing a few times to outdside rotational clean to rotational press . Also side swings but in the back of your body to the far outside and back to the back of body again . Basically if the weights too heavy just basically go and to multiple variations of swings . 😊 If you know you can't clean it at that moment of fatigue or lack of control. Basically if you can't clean just keep swing.

@@MarkWildman yes and I like it better than around the body because it's single arm and the weight is further away from your body.its as far away from the opposite oblique and hip as possible kettle bell and club bell .

@@MarkWildman also uneven kettlebells one arm dose the cross body swing and the other dose an outside the leg swing . Warm up with double and single carries uneven weight. And anchors while walking. Whatever arm is lighter will probably swing more. Kettle bell press shield cast with a lighter club or kettle bell.

I'd love to do this, however, the kettlbells rub/lie on my tiny wrists and it's painful. I'm hoping for an adex workshop and the courage to introduce my neck and shoulders to new movement. ❤❤❤ yuh, Mark!

Have you looked into wrist guards for kettlebell training? Pretty sure Bells of Steel sells them and they're good quality. Might be something worth considering 👍

Bells of steel has the only good ones I’ve ever seen. It is uncomfortable in the beginning, but the most important thing is working on proper alignment. If you work on proper alignment for three weeks, the pain disappears forever.
