The Kettlebell Snatch lowering phase is a portion of the lift that tends to give a lot of people trouble due to its technicality. If you incorporate even just one of the tips I give in this video, it has the power to transform how you lift entirely.

Save to say, you did a very nice job on explaining the diverence between the Competition kb; Girevoy and the Iron Cast kb; Hard Style. Subed on your Snatch explanation vid, ... or was it 🤔 the Gorilla Clean, either way, good job in all of your explanations. So if you wanna know, i'm casting, flip'm over, double 16's hard style, ... it's the rush🤗 and yeah, 16's, ... well, i'm 62 and having kb fun for just about a year. Thnx coach👍

This is extremely useful. The downward motion is really what seems dangerous about this movement, both for the elbow and the shoulder. Thank you for breaking it down like this.

I knew you through Strength Side and actually you are at the same level of competence and explanations as him. Good job! Having a channel with the correct explanations of techniques is awesome. Thank you from Italy. Ciao

Mr Salem, first of all, I love your channel, great technic videos, cleare approach to the exercises, a coach who knows his trade and a sympathetic man. Yet something has to get of my heart, a half snatch, is not resting in the exercise upwards, but when the weight comes down. As you perform it, it is a clean and press. My humble expertise in this sport 🙏. Although, keep up the good work, the great videos without show, I learned already a lot off you, many thx for that ✊🏼. Many regards from a kettlebell enthousiast from Belgium 🇧🇪

This is the best video I've seen on the lowering portion of the movement. Would you mind making a video on the landing part? I've seen flipping method and rotating method, but still not clear. I'd much appreciate it!

Thanks for your great videos and breakdowns. I was originally trained in hardstyle kb, have an HKC cert, and always got the criticism that I "threw" the bell down. I never got the trick of how to flip it over the top without the bell accelerating. I'm still not sure I understand how one does that. Can you address specifically? I also happen to have really long arms - lol. I then trained in Girevoy sport style and never fully got the rotation of the shoulder. In one video from you, I can see more clearly what I can improve on in both styles, but I'm not sure I see how in hardstyle the bell isn't going to accelerate to look like a throw as you bring it down. Thanks again. My Bulgarian bag is arriving today!!!
