Another good video about Spanish Mediterranean Coast. Keep doing the good job. About the caves in the cliff they are hand carved and not old. There are some still inhabited in Granada and Almería and you can even rent some of them. Very typical.

Yeah.. they whitewash most of everything in Washington too.....lol.....Is the food more oily in Spain? - I agree food in LOS cheaper and better service too...I would imagine. 432 ! Much of the food in Spain is drizzled with Olive Oil, Thailand beats Spain easily but i do love 2 things in Spain that's the scenery and more importantly is the daylight hours, 20.30pm here now and the suns still out !

@Kev-In-Thailand don't be disappointed about the high price of your food at the Chiringuito. Remember that the best Indian restaurant in Pattaya costed you the double amount of money. ;O)

4 years before we sell up and retire. It's between Thailand and Spain where we end up. The better half (of 27 years) loves Spain over her native Thailand. Going to visit Murcia to check it out. It looks superb!

Murcia is nice but too built up and Torrevieja is appalling in my opinion, I would suggest renting there for the first 6 or 12 months to make sure its what you want, Rents are cheap at the moment in Costa Blanca !

That is a really nice part of Spain, but eating and entertainment out anywhere in Europe is too expensive compared to Thailand. Full English Breakfast coffee & juice in Rtox bar on soi lenke just 2.60 euro, (99B) for lunch I would go to a Japanese Noodle shop I found on third rd, pattaya Rd, where a Japanese Bowl of Noodles with slices of pork with a beer was (125b) Then I would have western evening buffet meal all you can eat for 299b. Thats 3 meals for the price of just one meal you just had kev. Weds nights were even better, I would eat at you meet night in the hideaway and spend 299b and a bit more on beers in the hideaway

Dunno why you don't just stay Spain?. No hassles with Visa's, clean beaches, Seawater, restaurants & decent bathrooms. Looks much better than Pattaya. Also UK Health Care may be applicable. Short flight back to UK.

I really like the looks of Spain there. The movie Sexy Beast is one of my underground favorites. I thought Ben Kingsley played the part of the most obnoxious character I have ever witnessed on screen. Thanks again and I hope you are able to sell your condo/apartment.
