All Star weekend should have a 1v1 competition, which has a tournament bracket. It can be first to 11. No one is watching this All Star game bc it’s not competitive
what makes you think that the players would suddenly start caring for the 1v1 tournament? It’d be the same result. It’s a good idea on paper but if the players simply don’t care, the product will end up being trash no matter what

DL can get more ladies at 6’2” than KD at 6’11”. The only reason for that comment by KD is jealousy because insulting DL means nothing to DL. If he really wanted to challenge DL he would have shot a better 3 but instead drove to the paint against someone 6’2”. There was nothing special about that “All Star” moment by KD - just more of the same by a talent that has no leadership qualities. This is why he will continue to fail at producing his own championship as a leader.

A combined 80 threes from both teams in a half...beautiful lack of interest. I'd call them even lazy. The entire all star weekend is trash as fuck.
Obviously this isn’t the NBA’s future, it’s just what the ASG is now. And yes, it’s trash and boring. NBA needs to find a way to get a better product out because giving $100k to the winners (and $20k to the losers) isn’t even close to enough to make them try

Yep and KD is an all time great top 10 - 12 premier player off all time. 2x Champion, 2x Finals MVP and 4x Scoring Champion let’s not even get started on the regular season MVP, 14x scoring champion all nba ect.
