After listening to kevin gates music and interviews, I left the streets all the bad doings all that shit...now am at university full time, am doing civil engineering....so thanks to Gates for opening my mind and showed me there's nothing for me in these streets.....Kevin saved my life literally, cause my niggas are up for like 6-10 years in jail now, and I have a little situation but it's better than that....thank you Gates I hope some niggas will see the light...........

Gates is the best rapper in the game. and he puts so much raw emotion into his lyrics. and his character is admirable. I could listen to him talk for hours. I come away with gems every time.
They choose that title about him "eating booty" that's the only thing they wanted to interview him about, its like they ignored everything except the eating booty conversation. Grow up.

One of the best interviews. Kevin doesn't even have to be a celebrity, he could be just an unknown person & this still would've been 1 of the best interviews, belonging with the interviews with other legends. People really don't know how much this man is a living, walking legend.

Being a major in Psychology, I can tell that there's definitely some bad energy coming from the interviewers towards Kevin Gates for some odd reason. You can tell by their body language and by the way they low-key mock his lifestyle. I glad Kevin Gates realized this too and called it out around 10:02-10:25, and chose to stay aloof, and passive. He handled the interview like a gentleman.
