It just hard to stay consistent bro. There are many factors that I can explain and can not explain. I went a year and some change eating clean, fasting 16-18 hours a day and most of the time eating only 1 or two meals and felt great. I fell off about 4 months and I'm trying to get back on track. I think bad food is like drugs, once you try it your mind craves it. Its just not easy but the benefits of eating health is real!

You should eat when you feel hungry not just because its its dinner time. You only feel great from not eating because your body is running on adrenaline

My husband started eating once a day 4 yrs ago and it makes sense why eat a meal just to go to bed speaking about dinner it makes no sense.

I agree. When I was eating once a day I realized it was rare that I was actually hungry and that we don't need much food to live. I am trying to get myself back into that groove. Food really does slow our minds and body down.
