Garland tried dodging several times, tried answering a different question, and Kiley kept stopping him and calling out his deflection. He finally gave a definition of "chilling effect" that wasn't even a real definition.

But the part that real gets me is when their ask a question and their answer changes, but the one asking the question never calls them out on their previous answer. I know thru only get so much time. But these call outs are very important. Like yesterday with Jim Jordan, who I love and am proud, he represents me and my follow buckeys. The answers to his questions were different. Same question, different responses, but he never called it out, and that was very aggravating to me.

He used media allegations as evidence to censor our grievances and protests by calling them terrorist threats. In effect, HE falsely had people arrested and should be held responsible. The people affected by his corruption should be able to sue him directly for damages.

Whatever the reason, they have the right to a fair trial to prove their innocence or prosecutors prove their guilt. Investigation, arrest, trial. That's the system we have for law enforcement. Garland opened investigations, he didn't raid and arrest without cause...

The instance that I saw, the man was arrested on sight for defying a school board official saying that his grievances should not be heard there because of the rape allegations. His daughter was raped by a "transgender" boy in a girl's restroom. The moved the rapist to another school where it happened again. Would you be angry at the school board if that had been your daughter? A school board that actually is 100% to blame for the second rape and mostly to blame for the first? They arrested the man for causing a public disturbance then, charged him with terrorism. That sounds right to you?

Why is it any different because the FBI used newspaper reporting as a basis for continued FISA warrant applications. The FBI, DOJ (their boss), and the executive branch (the boss of the entire clan) regularly make unsubstantiated claims that they leak which gets reported and they use their leaks as basis to undermine the rights of the citizens they swore to protect.
