this has to be one of the best proposals in tv history. Not some fancy scenery but because Kevin realizes Scotty is the one and only because of something so small as changing the light bulbs for him.
I cried like a baby during this. Everything about it was just so beautiful. The writing, the acting, the absence of stereotype. Well done, ABC. Well done.
I've never seen this show, not ever, but this made me almost cry. "I'm doing this all wrong" - it's funny how he doesn't realise how right he's going about this.
i love kevin's face at 1:30- it's like its dawning on him this is what he wants. the proposal wasn't planned, but now he knows what he wants. there have been quite a few proposals on B&S, but this is by far my favorite!
Did everyone miss that moment where Kevin mumbles "I'm doing this all wrong" to himself, right before he gets down on one knee? It's right up the cute-list with "because I changed the lightbulbs" lol
I am a new fan of this show. I barely started watching it around 6 episodes ago and i just love it. IDK how i missed this. This was just lovely. It just made me cry. Hopefully there will be many more seasons to come.
Even though I'm a Kevin/Jason fan all the way this scene made me cry like a baby. And I found myself so happy for them (even though I'm hoping for some problems later on, hehe). The acting and the writing is amazing.
Truly a lovely scene it never gets old and to the gentleman who asked about things like that really happening. Yes it does; the love of my life whom I was with for 36 years before he passed with cancer proposed almost similarly on a walk through a park. He turned to me and asked how many times have we done this, I told him and he said maybe we should make this our regular walk for the rest of our lives kissed and hugged me I was speechless for at least 20 mins & accepted his proposal.:-))GB
Joe Black I looked through and please believe it does happen to other people I can vouch for it it was the loveliest 36 years of my life. I am now in my 70's and am alone partner wise: but have many wonderful friends that fullfill my life with their true friendship. They are there for occasional crying jags which still happens and my pleasant reminsence and funny movements. that we shared all treasured and in my heart.
