When 2 stroke 500 died, i never watched it again. These riders were legends in their days, everything after that was not interesting for me.

I prefer the 500cc significantly better than the electronic controlled four strokes of modern Moto GP... these guys could ride....

I remember seeing KS on a Yamaha FJ600 at Sears Point in the 1980’s. I remember thinking - “ this guy is mental.” He grasped the horns of a wobbly motorcycle and made its his bitch. God bless you.

Jamás, era un fuera de serie dentro y fuera de la pista, nose esa manera de ir encima de la moto parecía un cowboy de Texas una maravilla un todo o nada un espectáculo para mi el más grande

when it came to "balls to the wall" kevin was the man,the suzuki was always the underdog,but schwantz rode the bejeezus outta that bike.watched him a few times and he stood out on the track like a sore thumb.

Kevin's motorcycle must of had some kind of problem because the front wheel would never stay on the ground no wonder they call him The Wheelie King, they don't make em like him anymore a true gentleman and great ambassador for the sport, thanks Kevin for the years of entertainment you gave your many many fans ... 👍💯🔥💯👌

He also had rear wheel problems. The King of the late breakers. That tire would hover under breaking then he would back it in like a champ.

If mad Kevin could figure out just how not to crash as frequently I think there was a few more world championships in him. I can remember him going to Macau and he just fucked off.... Fantastic..

Does the "Kevin Schwantz - 1994 Season" video exist digitally by now? I did have this on a VHS that my dad bought me as a 5-year old at the Nurburgring in the mid-90s. But the tape broke and I haven't found it since.
