Hi Anjana lovely video .. stayed till end .. just d little feedback .. the practice i adopted frm louis hay morning meditation is like sending love in advance to the things n people u may encounter in a day may b auto driver or store keeper or using ur mixie in morning .. so at d end of day we pray .. i forgive all whom I may hav hurted knowingly or unknowingly n release it with love & i also send love light n blessings to those i shall come across tomorrow .. so u don't need to wait in order to catch up on some one .. just do it daily before sleep or before starting d day for 5 min ..tht way we kip clearing d negativity & make clear path for d good things

True if you don't forgive others than God will never forgive you. We all do mistakes so no one is perfect. If you want to live happily than clear inside rather than blaming others. Donot hold anything against anyone. These things blocks our success. Forgive others and move on. I have been struggling in this for many years but now by doing this prayers my life totally changed.
