When I plot the THD vs frequency, I have the possibility to choose between THD for the potential and THD for the current. Which one should I look at? Does this depend on what type of EIS I'm running (potentiostatic or galvanostaric)?

You want to look at the THD on the measured signal. So if you are running Potentiostatic EIS, you will want to look at Current THD. Similarly, if you are running Galvanostatic EIS, you will want to look at Potential THD. If you have additional questions, please reach out to our Technical Support team at techsupport@gamry.com. One of our engineers would be happy to provide additional assistance.
